My experience was very good. Easy to book, extremely good communication options with the organisation. Very friendly and helpful staff all round. I would happily recommend this company and will definitely use them again

Ho fatto un viaggio in Francia e ho richiesto un autista sia per andare dall'aeroporto all'hotel che per il ritorno. Mi sono trovata molto bene in quanto il signore è stato preciso, molto disponibile e ci ha persino dato qualche informazione su come muoverci nel periodo degli scioperi francesi. Sicuramente se avessi ancora bisogno di un autista userei ancora questo sito.

A very polite Chauffeur contacted me the day before my trip to ensure that everything was in order and we agreed a meeting place, he arrived on time and he was extremely friendly and dropped me at my address which was a little way from the agreed dropping off point, which was greatly appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Our driver was called Tiziano and we could not fault him. On arrival at Treviso Airport , Venice he messaged us as we were walking to arrivals. He said he was waiting for us with a sign with our name on and he was. He was polite , friendly and professional. His car was spotlessly clean and he opened and closed our doors for us as well as putting our luggage into his boot. On arrival at our hotel , he again opened our doors for us and got our luggage out of the boot. He then double checked our return date and time before he left.
Tiziano arrived at our hotel to pick us up in good time , again the car was spotless and he was professional , friendly and was smartly dressed, he obviously takes great pride in his job and this is evident.
On the way to the airport he was asking us about our holiday and pointing out local points of interest.
We have had less than good experiences with airport transfers before and hadn’t heard of this company but thought we would hive them a go . We are glad that we did , it was really easy to book, a good price and excellent communication and service . Graci Tiziano and Rydeu !!

Very easy to book on line, communication with company and driver very easy. Turned up at requested time and arrived at our destination on time. Would thoroughly recommend.

False publicity. They claim in their publicity that the taxi service provided by them (UBER) from the airport to the city center is cheaper than a regular taxi and that is not true! Local taxi is way cheaper than UBER. They are obviously seeking a percentage here.

Easy to book, easy to reach via whatsapp and e-mail, taxi was right on time, friendly driver. Long story short; great service for an excellent price.

I had booked an Mini Van Opel Vivano or similar to take 5 adults plus 4 suitcases to Tromso airport from the town, only 10 minutes ride, however on the day, albeit on time a driver turned up in a Tesla saloon. The back 2 seats were not suitable for adults and they had to bend down whilst seated. Not a good scenario, although just as well it was only a short journey and one of the back doors wouldn’t open. At the cost of £82 for this short journey I expected the correct vehicle to arrive. The driver was polite and courteous, but I would probably would look elsewhere next time.

I pre-paid all the transportations, many of them, and charges went through on my credit card. Drivers from Viggo still demanded payment from customers so have been double charged and Rydeu have not yet handled my complain.
Drivers were very friendly though and gave good service.

Ha offerto dei cioccolatini svizzeri ai nostri bambini.
Ci ha proposto anche di fermarci all'area di ristoro se avessimo voluto

We made sure we were aligned and agreed for a common meeting point at the place, he was punctual and polite, he even recommended a place we wanted to visit to make it more clearer for us.Transfer from Bergamo airport to Milan. Everything is perfect and on time! Great driver, convenient transport and great communication! I highly recommend it.

Our driver arrived on time, had a nice talk while driving, had a safe journey, We got to know about the company and Reasonably priced service.•When we arrived at the airport the driver was waiting for us .Very helpful even for our trip back to the airport just in time. The whole experience with them was great, I will use it again.

I booked my holiday home pick up from the airport. Everything was going perfectly. Our driver was very friendly and helpful. We were able to contact him personally and he also arranged our return trip to the airport.would love to go again,Excellent service, polite drivers, beautiful clean luxury cars.
