Rude Dog Food Omdömen 

I tried to find out if this product was super minced and got no answers to my enquiries so tried it anyway . £57 , 6 kilo minimum, which they won’t eat, it doesn’t smell like fresh raw food. The texture also put them off.
It was never delivered to my house by dpd and I had to drive around in the dark to track it down

Excellent service with fantastic communication. I know it’s meant for dogs but it’s perfect for my ferrets. They love it! Highly recommended

Eventually after 2 yrs of trying different things, including freshly cooked chicken on repeat, I was looking for a raw food for her and I came across Rude Dog food - wow! Suddenly each meal is a joy, she loves all the different types and always clears her bowl, what a difference. You can see for yourself how nutritious too, just pure natural food. I’d wholly recommend, the service is also excellent with orders arriving within a few days, I’m now on subscription and it’s v flexible

Our delivery never made it to us. It was delivered to a random house and left on the porch
Today this person brought this parcel to us once they had returned from their trip away and all of the food is perished as it should have been delivered frozen. I raised an undelivered package to DPD yesterday and no response and also emailed the company and no response

Arrived quickly as promised. Dog seems to love it.

Tried many varieties of raw dog food with varied success. Rude dog gets it just right in every way… the food texture firm and appetising, ( rather than too mushy/ crumbly of other brands ), the flavours available over and above chicken, ( our dog has allergy to chicken) with favourites including lamb, beef, venison etc which he ‘woofs’ down 🫶. The sales process and coms are professional, clear and simple. Might cost a few pence more.. we have one very happy, healthy Cockerpoo!

I don’t blame Rude but rather DPD who delivered it. The box was left on my doorstep which is on a main road with a busy pavement of people walking throughout the day. I was away for 2 nights &left clear instructions to leave the box with a neighbour. My door camera showed he didn't do this. Unsurprisingly, the box wasn't there on my return. DPD aren’t returning my calls. I can’t afford to order again in case the same things happens.

Delivered on time, most importantly my picky eater liked it straight away 👍

My schnauzer has been a very fussy eater& turns his nose at every dog food & I thought I’ll try Rude dog food as he loves it. What a relief.

The food itself is great and my puppy absolutely loves it, but the delivery process has been consistently disappointing.

On my first order, 3–4 of the containers arrived with the lids popped open, so they weren’t sealed properly. On my most recent delivery, the top three boxes were completely defrosted because the courier took so long to deliver them.

I emailed Rude about these issues, but have yet to receive a reply a reply about the second delivery. Great product, but the delivery and customer service really need improvement.

Swift delivery and my puppy loves the lamb & the beef, still to try him out on the other types, bit so far so good

Great product! Great food! Website is easy to use! My puppy absolutely loves it! He gets so excited when it's feeding time! We went with complete turkey, but there is plenty to choose from!

Was recommended this brand by a friend as wasn’t happy with a different brand of raw I had just started using as everyone was saying raw is better and helps with skin allergies and not much more expensive. I have two young dogs different breeds, one itches, it is about three times the price more a month but this food looks healthy you can see the veg and fruit in it, the itching hasn’t stopped but is getting less and my dogs appear more alert and can’t wait for mealtimes and as suggested by my friend I add extra fresh chopped veg and fruit on top and they scoff it down, happy dogs. Working it out it on a monthly basis it equates to approx £2.55 per dog a day (that’s two meals as I split daily allowance into breakfast and dinner) that’s less than a shop bought coffee who wouldn’t spend that on their furry loved ones..?

I have tried several brands of raw food but for me Rude Dog Food is the best. My dogs love it. It smells much better than most raw foods which is for me a big positive and the combination of meat and vegetables makes it a nutritious balanced meal that is very palatable for my dogs.

For a start I could not believe how quickly it was delivered! Also my dog absolutely loves it. He normally gets mildly excited about tasty canned food (and I buy good quality one) but he will whimper for this, while I'm getting it ready. Absolutely great food.

This company is so customer focused. My dog loves their food, it arrives with DPD, very well packaged and still frozen.
I’ve had many change requests to my orders and nothing is too much trouble.
It’s not the cheapest, but if Maddi loves it, that’s all that counts to me. I’d highly recommend Rude Dog Food to anyone.

Ordered on 14th (now 20th) and parcel currently being held hostage by DPD. Paid 48 Hour postage too.

If that’s not bad enough there is no contact no for Rude Dog and they have not been in touch from a customer care point of view. This order will be spoiled if it doesn’t get delivered before tomorrow and I will have to go out first thing to get some food for my dogs.

Still waiting for a reply… package has still not been picked up….
