Suitable even for dogs with delicate tummy
My dogs love the food. There is a good variety of food and plenty to choose from even for dogs with digestive problems. My older spaniel with recurrent pancreatitis is doing much better since we've switched to Naked Dog. I can select low fat meats for her which is great.
The ordered food arrives in a box with insulation so it doesn't get spoiled on the way. All in all very happy.

I have been ordering online now for the last 2 months. I have only had 1 incident where my order didn’t arrive and the customer service team responded swiftly and sent a replacement straight away.
My dogs loves his food and always licks his bowl clean, this being from a fussy eater previously. I would highly recommend the food to any dog lovers.

I wanted to leave a review for Ella who dealt with my email query today, she was very efficient in resolving my subscription query that I had made an error with, great customer service plus the product is fantastic , our 11 month Staffy is loving meal times and is looking lean with a beautiful shiny coat.

We tried Naked Dog for the first time recently and have been really impressed. Both of our dogs absolutely loved it! The quality is excellent and we also really like the way the food comes in two individual tubs rather than one larger pack, it makes storing and serving it really easy. Our communication with Ella has also been lovely. She’s been incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. Really pleased with it so far and we’ll absolutely be trying more of the recipes. Highly recommend 🐾

Great product with lots of variety to choose from, our two frenchies love it❤️ when making contact with the company via email they were very quick to respond when I asked a question regarding the product too.

I have been ordering Naked dog for a while and it suits my 2Westies who have different requirements.
Recently had an uncharacteristic problem with a delivery over bank holiday weekend. I think the issue was with the delivery company. Spoke to customer help on the phone - a novel experience these days! They had my food delivered in less than 24 hours ! 2 very happy Westies !! Thanks Naked dog

The dogs love it and it is well digested.
I am happy with the product and I like there are so many different varieties. People comment on how healthy they look. And how shiny their coats are.
The delivery is good and comes before I run out.
I would give 5 stars except I am conscience of how many plastic boxes are being produced even if they are recyclable.
Would it be possible for them to be returned to you and then you reuse them. It may be expensive but we have to try and reduce the amount of plastics that are being produced.

We completely understand your concerns regarding plastic packaging and appreciate you raising this with us. Our tubs are designed to make storing, defrosting and serving raw food as convenient and mess-free as possible, whilst keeping everything securely contained during delivery. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and the strict hygiene standards we must maintain, we're unable to accept returned tubs for reuse. However, our tubs are recyclable, and we always encourage customers to recycle them wherever possible.

I had an problem with my delivery
I had an problem with my delivery. I contacted Naked Dog Food to advise them of my issue. It was dealt with in a professional manner and the issue was resolved efficiently by Ella. Not only does my puppy love this food, their customer service is excellent.

Naked Dog have been supplying my two ridgebacks and one terrier with raw food for over two years now. They are so reliable and efficient and my dogs do very well (and really love) their food. I can’t fault them.
