Dishonest, deceitful. Not sure how they get 4 stars!
Order made, money disappeared within a flash. No surprise there. Email confirmation of order. Email confirmation order on its way. Then then next thing 5 days later- oh we are sorry, there is stock issues, there is a delay with your order. It’ll be on its way soon. Then another email, supposedly from a human a few days later, a specific item on my order is out of stock until mid July do I want to wait for it, or cancel that item and be refunded for. No offer of compensation that I’ve been messed around or actually lied to up till this point as all advertised as in stock and available (and on their way I may add) when I moaned about it, they then asked did I want to cancel the whole order instead, so they still hadn’t bothered sending anything- despite having paid for my goods. They then told me they were on the way. Again I chased them up. Amazingly I get another email, yet another error, then never were sent. They were ‘sorry’ so have refunded.
What a load of absolute rubbish. Waste of space. Don’t waste your time and money.

Love the fact this includes blood pressure reading which is so hard to find. What I’m focused on is the relative readings. So even if not the same as a cuff reading it will notice changes which is all that matters. Great battery life and grea5 to have different coloured strap

The service and follow up of my delayed order from Olivia of customer service went above and beyond to sort this problem out. The band is excellent. long battery life, accurate results on all measurements. No distractions from outside pretending it's also a phone/messaging service.

Excellent Customer Service
Due to ill health I was unable to collect my delivery in time & my parcel was returned to the company. When I explained to Olivia at Customer Services, she very quickly sorted me out & I will soon have my HLTH Track.

Prevented purchase of a fake HLTH band
I suspected that a product on Amazon was pretending to be an HLTH wrist band. Olivia was able to confirm this and prevented me buying a fake, with potentially life threatening consequences.

Im so pleased with my new HLTH band, it tracks everything I need, heart, blood pressure, stress etc, its great edition to my medical condition POTS. No subscriptions either, I had a previous name brand smartwatch, I paid for a yearly subscription to use the features, thankfully my old smartwatch broke... saving myself money..i would highly recommend this product, I got it two weeks ago, its still on its first charge..😊

Ordered item, process was easy and tracker arrived very quickly.
Ready to use out the box and comfy to wear. App was a piece of cake to get set up and linked as well.
About a couple of days away from having on for a moment month, don't notice it's there and still has 35% battery life left.
Very happy.

Band arrived no issues all set up ok, the BP readings seem lower than my usual ones but I’ll give it a bit of time however the sleep app carries on saying I’m asleep when I have been awake and out of bed which is giving the wrong impression I am sleeping more not sure there is a way around this but open to any advice someone wants to give

Gave the product a try but not quite the medical grade I was expecting and needed for my health concerns.
The supplier was good enough to offer a fair refund all things considered.
Olivia who organised the refund was very helpful.
