If you have any problems, they reply the same day or the very next day. I have a smart health watch, a fitbit sensor 2 and a Qring and this HLTH Band (QWatch). The one that stands out best is the HLTH Band (QWatch) with the Qring a close second. The Qring battery lasts about a week before needing a charge. The HLTH Band last a month which is amazing, no screen to worry if it gets scratched while working. The watch straps seem to irritate my skin, I have no problem with the strap on the HLTH Band. Before i buy anything i always check the reviews hence why I chose the HLTH Band over the Hume Band. They wers a few reviews about the Hume band was not as accurate as they make it out to be

They always reply in time, first time about my late shipment, and this time providing info about exchanging the faulty band with a new one. We will see how the process will go.

This is a great product. The battery lasts ages, and the handy app tracks everything I need. It keeps things simple and looks sleek and discreet on my wrist.

Took a long time to arrive but very well packaged and easy to set up on receipt. Very easy to read and interpret through the app and I was pleasantly surprised with the overall accuracy. Unfortunately it was painful to wear and felt like it was burning my skin after a couple of hours wear. I tried the other wrist and different positions but ultimately had to approach the company and request a return and refund. This is where the problems began. They were approachable and seemingly understood but then offered partial refunds and for me to keep the device. When I reiterated again that I physically could not wear the decide as it was painful and marked my skin they offered the same again, but with a high partial refund. I'm not happy with the overall service but will give credit where it's due and say that the device itself is excellent, they just desperately need to make adjustments to their customer service or, I suspect, stop using AI.

Topi (identified as one of the co-creators) contacted me after reading this review and took ownership of the situation. I asked for clarification is anyone else had reported similar skin irritation issues and while this was not addressed Topi made the decision that I would be given a full refund and could keep the device. This was generous and unasked for and unexpected. I stand by all positive remarks above as I did find it very accurate in comparison when I was able to wear it (within 5pt range on heart, blood pressure, steps measurements) on both stationary and wearable devices and am very disappointed I am unable to continue with it. I have had a suggestion of trying to build up tolerance over a period of time and also not using moisturiser on the skin it is in direct contact with. I found them a reasonable and customer focused company to deal with and will keep an eye on what else they might bring out in the future.

I bought this to monitor my blood pressure. It is consistently wrong. All the time. An absolute waste of money. The sticky pads on the strap are already lose after 2 wks of wearing it. The sleep and step monitors are out according to my apple watch too.

Just an edit to say that HLTH have got back to me and agreed that my band was faulty and have refunded me my money. Thank you

Product does what it says on the tin. I use mine for several aspects from sleep, BPM, HRV and stress levels. These help me understand my body better. The Blood pressure I use as a guide but it has helped me greatly in understanding my recently diagnosed medical condition. Customer services and support have outdone themselves. Some additional improvement ideas have been submitted with great feedback

It does what it claims, work like tha other expensive wearables, I'm glad I saw them on Facebook.

Started to order on the website and stopped when my son decided to purchase the HLTH band for my birthday. Olivia was very helpful in stopping the reminders that I still had a purchase in my basket.

I have taken delivery of an HLTH Band and I had initial problems with getting it connected. I had a call from a very helpful customer service agent called Ryan in the Manila, sorted it and now very happy. 5 star service.

Terrible service, ordered May 19th still not delivered (Jun 3rd). Customer service polite but do not provide any solutions. Attempted to cancel but just stonewalled.
Order at your peril....

I must admit that I was a bit skeptical before I bought this health band . However I have found it to be a brilliant tool to monitor all the important factors like blood pressure, sleep , exercise etc. It is so useful to have all the information in one place.
I have been having problems with sleep and it is reassuring to see all my sleep indicators are within the normal range.
It is a very useful tool to monitor how your health is going and look out for problems before they cause trouble.

Fabulous product, does exactly what it says on the tin. Delivers what it's there for (tracking of specific health measures) and doesn't try to offer more than that (eg watch capabilities). Extremely good value & fantastic customer service/support. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to wear a simple, beautifully designed health monitoring aid. 10/10 in every respect.

The device comes with two strappings will made quite comfortable to wear and currently wearing the rubber banding I got with it it keeps up to date on my phone what my blood pressure is as well as my oxygen level and my heart rate also extra other bits and bobs on top of that it's comfortable to wear and easy to operate it seems to be okay on charge I'm not charged this for a week and I haven't had to charge it up so we'll see how we go from that, what I can say is that it does more than a Smartwatch does and it costs far less than some of the smart watches that say they do this and they don't do after this stuff or her's accurate as this one is I know it's not a watch but does everything else and it can be reassured that obviously it's near enough damage of calculating your heart rate and oxygen level I know the other things that it manages as to a certain degree of accuracy I'd have to go to an optus and have a complete full checkup and then see with that is corresponding what this risk thing does but as far as I'm concerned it's pretty much bang on so it's all go for me

I have high blood pressure and I don’t sleep well this device is great as it measures my BP hourly it also alerts me to messages and calls on my phone so no extra costs with having to pay for health alerts

Best health tracker I have used ,I have high blood pressure and have to take it twice a day and the old blood pressure machines are awkward to use this does my blood pressure many times a day without me even knowing , highly recommended .
