New Wheelchair delivery
Sean Taylor came today the 18th May to deliver my husbands new wheelchair. My husband was transferred on to his new chair and from then on Sean asked my husband what adjustments he wanted the arms put back abit the legs lengthened the head rest adjusted the roho cushion pumped up
And equalised . Nothing was too much trouble . Sean was diligent in all the work he carried out.He is a polite and a nice chap who goes over and above to do his job.he left our house with a big smile on my husbands face looking comfortable and happy.thankyou

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish! The wheelchair delivery was done by Gary Thompson and was incredibly fast, professional, and well organized. The driver was very polite and helpful, and the wheelchair arrived in perfect condition. Communication throughout the whole process was clear and reliable. I truly appreciate the care and efficiency — highly recommended for anyone looking for dependable wheelchair delivery service.

Great service
Ross Care delivered my husbands wheelchair on time and with great care in my home. Jason was great at explaining absolutely everything regarding how the chair worked. I would absolutely recommend them.

Sean Taylor was extremely professional and explained every stage of what was needed, stating that he would order new wheels and inform us as soon as they were ready to be fitted. Also explained about the two breaks being applied at the same time until the new tyres are fitted.

Great service
I got a call quite late in the day from my daughter's college to inform me of a broken cable at the back of her wheelchair. I didn't think Ross Care would be able to arrange a visit on the same evening. What a great service! The call handler managed to find an engineer within minutes. The engineer Gary Thompson called me prior to the visit to ensure he had the correct parts. On arrival, he assessed the chair and got to work. He was amazing! Not only did he repair the cable, he ordered my daughter a new arm rest which was desperately in need of a replacement. Thank you Gary! Great job!

Today Sean Taylor from Ross Care's Cornwall branch came to work on a wheelchair for one of our residents. He called us ahead of his arrival to give a definite time. He was extremely patient as we needed to transfer the resident to their bed. He was friendly and helpful, sorted the issue. This isn't the first time that Sean Taylor has attended the home to support with wheelchair servicing. His approach is consistent every time. What a great guy.

Dave Porter visited today and delivered a motorised wheelchair for my husband, he demonstrated clearly how to use the chair. He was very patient and showed empathy and understanding trying to make the chair work for him. He also repaired the non powered wheelchair. Thank you Dave.
