I needed a new rollator which would fold up compactly and have pneumatic tyres for all terrain mobility. I contacted Mobility Extra on a Saturday afternoon with some questions about their R1 model. I received a very quick response to my questions and placed my order that day. The rollator was delivered after that weekend on Tuesday. Easy to read user instructions and easy to get it into a usable state in just a few minutes. I did have a query about the correct psi for the tyres which was responded to in a very few minutes by email.

The device is a dream to use, light and easy to fold to get in my cat boot. The engineering and design is first class, they seem to have thought of everything. It comes with a useful bag which fits on the front of the device and a walking stick holder.

Anyone looking for a first class mobility aid at a very reasonable price, needs to have a look at the R1

Quick and efficient delivery service. Stroller is easy to assemble and fold for transport. It folds to the size of a pushchair so should fit easily into the boot of most cars. Very sturdy and good value for money.

Company have been helpful and prompt. The most impressive thing is that they pick up the phone and that I can talk to to a human. They also very quick to respond and action the repairs

The item I purchased was very good quality and reasonably priced, arrived within a couple of days and even allowed me to pick the day of delivery which I did.

Website was relatively easy to navigate with good information available. Bought the MX-1AIR. Unfortunately, the "side storage bag" in the "what's included" does not appear to be there and the wheelchair itself does not inspire any confidence with the exception of pretty much perfectly smooth hard surfaces. The slightly uneven and unswept pavements around my house are almost too much for it with loose tiny surface stones and any slight camber pulling the steering way off, and one almost imperceptible dip launching me sideways into the grass at the side of the path and almost tipped over. Also, I am 5'9" and feel much too big for this chair. But it does take up less room in my boot than my self propelled wheelchair so I guess that is the compromise. Delivery was quick enough with good tracking and communication.
Service was excellent unfortunately the MX-1AIR not so much.
