Could not be happier with the service end to end. We needed a site survey as I was unsure how the door would fit. The engineer explained everything and the options we had. Door was fitted on the day scheduled and we couldn't be happier with the result

Third door I have fitted from roller door, two being for myself and one for my friend, very happy with the quality of the door for the money, great service from the staff, I would recommend to anyone competent of fitting there own door, the online instructions are much easier to navigate than the ones in the box with controller

Had to call twice as details to carry out door stop limits which were sent after 1st call were incorrect on instruction sheet. Was given verbally correct setting procedure on 2nd call which worked. This was quite time consuming and should not be. Clearly this issue needs addressing.

Bought the door having looked around at other. Easy to fit , although there are no paper instructions for this, the instructions for programming my fobs was somewhat lacking ,but a quick email saw some much easier to follow ones sent, 5 mins later result, happy shopper ,hence 5 star

The wrong installation instructions were sent which added time to the installation, but was soon rectified and now ,very happy with door

I am extremely pleased with Rosewood RollerDoor. From the initial phone right through to installation nothing was a problem. On the day the door the was fitted nothing was too much trouble to John. The explanation and full demonstration made it very clear how to operate the door and it's built in safety features.

Easy booking and querying (Staff in the office were helpful, knowledgeable and patient).

Site Survey meant that even though I did do my own measuring up, I wasn't second guessing myself and worrying about a discrepancy that might only be identified on the install day.

Install was swift on the day, they sorted out the old garage door and disposed of it, got the new one installed and gave me a run down/oversight of work completed before taking payment.

Great product had old door and frames removed and new roller door fitted and wired up in less than 4 hours . I am a joiner but managed to do the electronic work myself . Door works perfectly and looks great
