The door was delivered on time, minor issue with dented slat but was replaced without argument. Door is fitted and I have a happy customer so I'm happy too.

Door delivered on the day quoted ....even though the weather was the worst it could have been!! Just the fun of fitting it now!! From order to del just over 2 weeks...so good service.

Great service and a lovely, high quality product. We had to postpone installation twice due to covid making its way through our household but the Rollerdoor team were very flexible and rebooked us quickly. The fitting was done swiftly with no mess.

Bought a roller door for my own house (self fit), and have since recommended Rollerdoor UK to some of my customers. Initially I made a couple of calls to get a few final details, before ordering via email. My main point of contact was Debbie, who was very helpful and quick with replies to my questions. Be prepared for some cut and paste, rather than tailored answers, but in most cases you get what you need. Updates were available when asked for, and delivery was excellent. Received a phone call 30 mins before arriving, and a friendly driver to help lift it where it needed to go. Total time from order confirmation to delivery was 17days.

All fitting instructions are on the website. The door arrived set up and ready to go. If your handy with a drill and a spirit level, then its really quite simple to install. Actually getting the door mounted took two of us about 2 hours, including wiring the motor and plugging it in. Another 30 minutes with the final set up and away it goes. Took longer to get the old door out!

I chose the roller door based on price and the ease of choosing the correct sizes etc. The on-line fitting instructions were very helpful and made for a problem free fitting. I am an infrequent DIYer but would rate my skills as average so installing one of these is fairly easy. I went for the simple 'switch on the wall' version so can't speak for any wireless issues. The delivery driver was very helpful and by his comments he works for a reputable company.

Recently purchased two roller doors. Debbie, the customer service person, was most helpful with technical issues. I asked for a very quick delivery [before the Christmas holiday]. I got delivery within three days. Door now installed very easily but you need two people. Totally happy with the company and its product. Exceptional service.

Really really pleased with my purchase now it’s in and working, however mine was a diy Between brick fitting. I was asked for the size of the gap it was going in between which I gave on my order, the door was made to that exact spot on same size as the gap and brick being bricks were not completely flat so it took me 3hours of brick grinding to remove 5mm of brick facing to get it to fit! It would of been nice to be advised to allow a 5-10mm tolerance for this type of fitting or made 5-10mm smaller than the measurements given on the order.
Once the roller box and guides were fitted came the task of getting the door over the roller and into the guides however this was quite difficult because the bottom 5-6 door slat plastic guide/interlinking parts hadn’t been stapled into the ends like the rest had so all 5 slats and guides kept sliding out and dropping on the floor making it very frustrating to complete the job.

Really good company to deal with. The lads fitting the doors said the controls used are of good quality and the door is made well!

Having contacted 3 other local companies Roller Door UK promptly answered the call and arranged a site survey. The surveyor arrived at the date and time agreed. The office then contacted me with a quote and again a date and time was arranged to complete the work. The engineer arrived today as expected and was nothing but professional. From start to completion and a very thorough demonstration on operating the door. The door is great and exactly what we required in the colour agreed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Roller Door UK.

Really disappointed with our garage roller door. Following it sticking and then rolling up into the top box and jamming, we had hoped to get support. Less than 6 months old and with hardly any use, we were told it would cost £250+parts because it was somehow user error (it genuinely wasn't) and as it was purchased by the previous property owner, somehow no guarantee applied to us, even though it was supplied and fitted by RollerdoorUK for the renovator who sold the property to us! We had a local company come out to repair it, and they commented on the shoddy job. It still sticks occasionally due initial poor install but at least I can get in and out now. So in summary, really poor product, poor installation service and even worse customer support. One to avoid. You obviously get what you pay for.

I ordered online, confirming with emails. Arrived a couple of days after due date.
Good quality product, straightforward to install after watching YouTube video.
No fixings or wiring diagram was included, but not a major problem, overall very pleased with it.

I am really happy with both the actual product, and the high level of customer service we received from Rollerdooruk. It took just over 2 hours to install an electric roller door and take our old garage door away. The fitters were friendly and knowledgeable - they were happy to answer my questions, and did a great job with explaining all our purchasing options in a way I could easily understand. I have been really impressed with the quality of the door itself, and based on my personal experience I am happy to recommend them to anyone else.
