Richmond Motor Group - MG Guildford Omdömen

Very friendly and receptive sales team at MG Guildford, especially from Marios Mockos. Nice to be able to test drive a new car solo.

Henry was fantastic from start to finish. He listened to what we wanted and it never felt like we were being pushed into something. Excellent service I would highly recommend Henry and MG Richmond Guildford.

Marius Mockus was excellent and we are loving our new car. Many thanks to Marius and the team.

We visited MG Guildford and had an excellent experience with Henry Jackson. They provided clear and helpful advice on the vehicle, answered our queries with patience, and took the time to demonstrate how the car operates, spending nearly an hour ensuring we were fully informed. Importantly, we did not feel under any pressure to make a purchase.
If you are seeking knowledgeable, professional guidance and would like all your questions answered for complete peace of mind, I would highly recommend Henry. Thank you.

never bother to take time to show you how things work ie settings on screen.seats at desks are wornout.if you order parts for MOT oh we are not a motor factor so then your without a car for nearly a week.

Kelly was fantastic and made the process very easy.

Thank you Kelly for your help with buying our new MG4.
We had a few minor problems but you sort everything out.

Bought an MG EV from Marius at Guildford - great experience. Marius was very helpful and patient and took time to explain everything to us without being pushy at all.

Just wanted to say the Marius Mockus at MG Richmond Motor Group in Guildford is the consummate professional.
He made the car buying process very relaxed and easy, (considerably better than a previous car brands I have dealt with)
Marius made me feel welcome and listened to my needs and concerns and answered every question to my satisfaction.
At no point did I feel I had to buy a car unless I wanted to.
A wonderful experience and I have nothing but praise for Marius and MG Guildford.
Thankfully the car I wanted was in stock and order to collection was within a week.
Thank you

We've had an exceptional experience with MG Motors, especialy with our Sales person Marius. He has been really attentive, patient and has taken the time to explain everything to us in a lot of details as well as answering our questions and has made the process quite easy for us. I def recommend.

good information throughout purchase. nothing to much trouble

Marius,
I wanted to thank you for your professional approach to my visit last week. I appreciate that you had overlapping appointments yet still managed to spend time with me. Thank you so much. You were the best salesperson in my search for a new vehicle, as you knew your job, and the vehicle in depth. Your approach to sales was refreshing as it was professional. I really appreciated that.
Marius, I have not chosen to purchase the MG ZS, but was grateful to have had the chance to test drive it.

Thank you so much for your time and effort.

Travelled 140 miles to collect the vehicle. It wasn’t cleaned at all let alone valeted, no customer service, no hospitality skills and made us wait 2 hours onsite. We won’t be coming back to this garage again.

Kelly was incredibly helpful and nothing was an issue. Very helpful made me feel vet comfortable and explained everything was going work.

Brillaint service from Kelly Faith. Would highly recommend has kept in touch with us from the beginning cannot fault the level of service. Thank you

Henry was very helpful .

I bought the new MG HS PHEV at the MG Richard, Guildford. Overall the service was very good, very good and fluent communication through phone and emails. Marius was very open and honest regarding the deal and it helped us to make our decision quite quickly. Great service and thus a happy customer here.

We were looked after by Marius Mockus. He did a fantastic job throughout, keeping us updated about all elements of the transaction. He gave us a great experience.

Marius was fantastic with helping me buy my 2nd HS (he sold me the 1st one). He was very professional, informative and kept me up to date at all times. Thank you
