Initially, disappointed at not being told that Stamford would no longer be dealing with new car sales. Lack of communication to begin with between Peterborough and Stamford due to unforeseen circumstances. However, hand over was successful and we are
pleased with the car as always.

However the experience I've had over the last 3 years is abysmal, you've had my car as long as i have, a catalog of errors, recalls, service, we haven't got oil for the oil change, why haven't you got oil!?we haven't got parts, itl be 5 weeks, time and time again, recall. Perry's, we can't do it, need special tool, sandicliffe notts, we can do it, booked in drive 6 miles, waiting are you going book car in? We have not got the curtesy vehicle back, the? Only 1 yes, been ringing all morning hasn't picked up, did you not think to ring me so I would wast money and time coming here, is it safe to drive, well it should be! Should be? Picked up from maybe week later, 3 hours later ring me, we haven't got the tool, why? We'll the depot might have it, well find out and ring me back, we haven't got one think it's in Burton on trent. You'll have to book it in at tc harrison, oh no I've had that much trouble from them that's why you have my car, ring tc harrison yes we can do it 5 weeks, can you pick car up from sandicliffe? Oh no we can't do that, would you have picked it up from my house erm yes. Well then? no computer says no! Stays at sandicliffe 5 weeks they take to tc harrison, been in for brakes, warning lights, hand brake locked on, hand break dosnt work, windows never worked, we're waiting for a rivit from Germany, we're waiting for oil, we can't get filter off we'll have pump oil out. OK. I'm sure there's been a lot more problems, but that will surfice, apart from this last escapade, MOT failed what on headlight bulb, well put another one can't, why headlights melted, melted what do you mean melted, it's melted, can you ask technician, says it's melted, it was fitted incorrectly What, oh, so ford won't pay motability won't pay because it was fitted incorrectly, no one has touched it since it was built! Phone call after phone call, insurance claim £100 great, I think I had this trouble on the first tourneo I had, rac came out for some reason and found headlight was out of kilter, h7 bulb pot holes bad road source can do that, I've I've twisted back in, all good! But oh no, not on this one, this one has been fitted incorrectly and melted the headlight, repair shop pick it up from tc harrison, phone me next day, we fixed it! All ready yes, h7 bulb twisted, so just twisted it back, common with h7 bulbs with roads like they potholes etc, Hang on what about the melted head light, what melted headlight looked all good, another check, another phone call all we can see is a teeny little scrcch mark, looks ok, but if they want to replace light we'll do it, what caused do you think, probably potholes bad road surface, apparently it's been fitted incorrectly.. did they explain how they came conclusion? No they did not! And I still don't know! tc harrison has been an utter shambles in my many many experiences. This is the abridged version! The only reason I came back to tc harrison, was because Martin is a good man. I'm singing off now, my fingers sore.. Very disgruntled!!

I returned to TC Harrison Ford for the fourth time because the sales personnel are always very helpful and the aftersales service is excellent.

Sales person was friendly , knowledgeable and very helpful. He kept in touch with me throughout. I had many needs and wants and Martin helped with them all.

The ease with which we were dealt with. Kept informed and updated all through the process. Phil was so lovely to deal with, he explained everything we needed to know and more, thank you.....!!

10/10 experience getting a car on a PCP contract. Alan and Kevin were absolutely fantastic..professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient throughout the whole process. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly, with no pressure at all to add on extra products, which I really appreciated as I wanted my daughter to look over everything first.

Communication was excellent from start to finish. I even received a courtesy call to make sure everything was going well, which really showed their commitment to customer service. I felt fully informed and supported at every stage, and any questions I had were answered clearly and honestly.

I was also pleasantly surprised at how fast everything moved..I was lucky enough to receive my car within just a week! The whole experience was stress-free, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. They found me the car I wanted, at a great price. Steve is very knowledgeable about what he is selling, and answered all my questions. This is in fact the second time I have bought a car from him and will definitely go back to him next time I am looking to purchase a new car.

Every person I dealt with at the Peterborough dealership on both visits were amazing from receptionist to Ken and Dan in the sales team. Knowledgeable and professional, ensuring that the whole experience of purchasing my new vehicle was exciting relaxed and memorable. A very friendly environment to browse and shop. Excellent service from Harry and Alan. The process was really easy and we didn’t have tooling. I think the car should come with both cables types but that is for Chery not TCHarrison. Would happily recommend TCH (and the car).
