Richmond Motor Group - MG Guildford Omdömen

Kelly fantastic service really impressed

I recently purchased a car and had the pleasure of dealing with a young salesman Dylan who had only been with the company for one month. Despite being new, his knowledge was impressive. If there was ever a question he wasn't completely sure about, he took the time to find out the correct answer rather than guessing. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely focused on providing great customer service. He worked hard to get me a good deal, and the whole experience was straightforward and enjoyable. A real credit to him.

Marius was a lovely, helpful guy. Very knowledgeable and the whole experience dealing with MG was very professional and welcoming.

We had a brilliant experience with Dylan . He was very helpful knowledgeable and responsive . Made the the whole experience painless and enjoyable

Marius Mockus the sales person was not at all pushy, he gave me good advise when deciding how to pay for the vehicle. He helped me with the paperwork regarding transfer of ownership and taxation. He was most helpful in showing me the dash screen etc. I don't have anything to complain about.
Thank you Marius

Marius is very good .the service he gave us was absolutely fantastic

Had a really great experience at MG Guildford. I went in to service my MG ZS and I had been toying with the idea of an electric car for a while so whilst I was waiting I walked up to Marius and asked him what they could do for me. Cue an hour later and he got me a cracking deal on a new MGS5 and I got the new car within 10 days! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and didn’t make me feel under pressure to make a decision. Highly recommend this particular MG branch as both times I have bought from there they’ve given me great customer service.

A smooth experience to buy a car
Henry who managed our transaction was a pleasure to deal with & answered all our queries quickly & honestly.
Although we lived the other side of London the almost 2 hour drive was worth it to collect our car

They quickly sourced the car we wanted and gave us a fair deal. Marius Mockus was friendly and helpful and looked after us well.

Marius, from ordering to delivery, was first class, and I'm very happy to recommend him for your car purchase.

The salesperson Marius was super helpful, looking for options for us without being pushy. Listened to what we were looking for

We had a very warm welcome by a polite sales person called Marius Mockus who was not over powering and dealt with my son new motorbility vehicle and explained everything to my son about his new car .
He also recommended a very good deal for us to purchase a new MG ZS Hybrid car which we went ahead with.

Good people to deal with. Keen that they find the right car for you. Marius was particularly helpful with the mountain of finance paperwork

No nonsense. No heavy handed sales.

Marius was just awesome. We went to look at the MGS9 for my husband and I ended up buying the IM5 for myself. Marius is the perfect salesman as he doesn’t try to sell you anything. Everything was very easy. A very happy 2 customers.

Marius greeted us on time for our appointment was pleasant as can be. He remained helpful and friendly throughout our visit and continued to be helpful with our questions in between meetings. He was the same person on our second visit answering questions and being open and honest. Lovely hot drinks too. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you so much for your support and expertise.
