I cannot praise Sarah Harrison and George Gilbert enough. Both of which guided me to a great annuity deal, always having my best interest at heart, during a very important time.
Due to unexpected ill health news, my plans for an annuity changed, this unfortunately meant I had to change my mind, taking me away from an annuity.
Even though doing extensive work on my behalf, Sarah and George continued to support me during this difficult time for me. This work being done with financial gain for them or Retirement Line.

Both Denise Hyland and Roland Ewins were superb - they were both extremely professional and knowledgeable. They had fabulous interpersonal skills and were extremely helpful and friendly, providing outstanding customer service and support. I would definitely recommend.

Approching and arriving at your retirement time is exciting, unsettling and scary all at the same time. However it was absolutley fantastic when I found Joshua Lawson and Roland Ewins at Retirement Line to arrange my Annuity. I wanted to know exactly what my income would be each month as that is how I had lived the last forty yrs. Retirement Line delivered that for me and Joshua was very clear and factual about the Annuity terms, and offered a good range of income options that suited my needs perfectly, and at a very competive rate, using whole of market options. The option I chose suited me perfectly and left me feeling my wife and I would have a good financial future in retirement. An annuity with Retirement Line is a great option. Also Rowland Ewins dealt with the administration in a proffessional and informed way. I didnt even need to speak to the provider. Rowland dealt with all the liaison for me. If I had to give somone future advice I would say allow yourself more time from starting the process to completion, but this was about my particular pension saving partners and their processes, rather than about Retirement Line or my now Annuity provider. To sum up excellent product, service and outcome for me. Thanks to both Joshua and Roland would definitely recommend Retirement Line Ltd.

Lines of communication were very good.
The members of staff that I dealt with over the phone and via email responded to my questions in a timely manner.
They provided me with clear and concise information that enabled me to make decisions that I felt entirely comfortable with.
They clearly worked well with the pension companies as my lump sum payment was paid within a few weeks of my final instructions.

Great team!! They guided me throughout my retirement and pension process. Listened to my options and my concerns and made me feel very comfortable.

Once I had chosen my pension, I was passed over to a support team - Joao - he was quite simply a 10/10…. I received regular updates from him IN DETAIL every week, if I had questions he was there on the emails - NOTHING was too much trouble.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Retirement Line for getting me a great pension, which met my needs going forwards.

A really helpful and friendly company that provided a list of the best paying annuities and then undertook all the paperwork necessary to transfer the funds from my pension provider to the best paying company. William Niedzwiecki's and Louise Szombara organised and managed my Annuity purchase, I was always phoned back and emailed about how things were going and feel I got a good rate, Retirement Line did its best too push through the necessary paper work and information, my concerns were listened too and acted upon. Buying an annuity is a big decision and it was good too know Retirement line was on the case for me.
