Daniel Milton was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of how to select an annuity, and pointed out several things I would not have known otherwise. Nothing was too much trouble when I had further queries. I felt confident in my choice because of this. Louise Szombara followed up my case and did a huge amount if chasing up on my behalf, keeping me fully informed along the way.

My advisor retired at the end of week 1 of my putting in my claim for purchase of annuity, but Danny Page and especially Ben Payne stepped in to fill the breach and ensure that everything kept running smoothly. Ben answered all of my queries promptly and fully, no matter how big or small, phoning me when he thought there was a need to talk me through something rather than communicate via email (which was my chosen method of communication). It's thanks to him that I now have an annuity paying out monthly. My thanks to Danny too for pointing out to me that the one fund I had wasn't eligible to be included for the annuity without further work from me, which I have since taken up with my original pension provider. If not for him then I wouldn't have known about this. These people know what they're doing, I would say to trust them with your annuity or whatever - you won't be disappointed.

I am very grateful to the professional team at Retirement Line for their support in arranging my lifetime pension annuity. George Gilbert (Senior Annuity Specialist) provided me with relevant and timely information about the range of annuity providers, their market offerings and product terms. I was able to choose a solution (at my own pace) which best met my needs and George worked proactively to maximise my benefits during the set-up phase.

Retirement Line assigned a dedicated administrative team to the complex task of consolidating and transferring funds from multiple (7) pension schemes to my chosen annuity provider. Roland Ewins and Saf Kauser guided me through the necessary documentation (which made the process straightforward) and were diligent in answering my questions and keeping me regularly informed of progress and actions required.

I would not hesitate to recommend Retirement Line to others. They got me a better deal on my annuity than I was able to get by trying to go direct to my provider so I was happy to go through them and let them do all the leg work.

A very professional organisation which kept me completely informed of all processes and answered all my questions quickly. Arranging the pension is quite a scarey task but I was certainly at ease with Retirement line. Must mention the two members of the team at retirement line who helped the process. What can I say about Retirement Line,we'll they help me out on one of my pension last year and as I was retiring this year they very much done all the work for me . Retirement line provided me with exceptional service. Apart from their knowledge they were professional in approach, courteous and reliable. Their communication was superb.

In these times of companies promising much and delivering little, dealing with Retirement Line has been a breath of fresh air. Deciding on a annuity provider can be quite confusing especially if you are not using a financial advisor and although as a broker Retirement Line are not able to actually advise on what decisions you should make as long as you do your research and follow the advice on the Money Helper website Retirement Line will do the rest. I would like to especially thank Rick Holdaway and Ben Payne who made the whole process very easy, I was kept informed throughout the process which took about 12 weeks from my initial contact with Retirement Line through to receiving my first annuity payment which I was very pleased with considering they had to deal with 3 pension providers and 4 pension plans.
