Great initial call! Really take the time to learn about you personally!

The recruiter disappeared even though she said I would hear back from her either way. She did not even reply to my messages.

I was contacted via LinkedIn for a new opportunity. Although the job description provided was fairly vague, my technical background gave me a good sense of what the role would likely involve. With a mixture of curiosity and confidence in my skills, I thought, 'Yeah, sure,' booked a call, and it immediately became the best decision I've made in the past three months.

Very positive experience with RBT so far! Denis made my process very smooth, communication was spotless and feedback loops very quick. My recruiter at RedBeard reached out at our scheduled time and didn’t hassle me about being late or using a different method of communication, or anything else for that matter.
