The APositive platform allows me to easily manage my cash flow, and manage multiple workers with multiple clients simultaneously.

The ease of use and the support from the team allow me to concentrate on the day-to-day tasks of the business, whilst making sure everyone is paid on time and my clients have what they need for their businesses.

From timesheets to invoicing, the whole process is easily streamlined and mitigates any mistakes.

APositive have been great to work with. They have a great team, that is easy to work with all aspects of what they do. We have worked with them for several years now and they have simple systems that make onboarding new clients easy, ensuring that invoices are approved, and providing clear visibility of the exact status of any of our clients ledgers at any given time. There is very little lag between payments being received, and being allocated etc.
Overall we have found APositive to be a great asset to our business.

Very disappointing experience. Poor communication and constantly shifting goalposts.

When one of our clients experienced cash flow issues, APositive immediately disapproved invoices and withheld funding, even though invoices were not significantly overdue. There was no attempt to work collaboratively on a solution.

Funds were taken under the explanation of “protecting their position”, leaving our business exposed with no practical support. We were also spoken to in a dismissive way, including comments about being a “small business”, which was unnecessary and unprofessional.

For recruitment agencies relying on consistent payroll funding, this lack of partnership and flexibility creates serious risk. We expected a funding partner, not a party that prioritises its own recovery without regard for the impact on the agency.

Would not recommend for agencies seeking genuine support during challenging periods.

We’ve had a great experience using Apay instalments and the payment gateway. The platform is very easy to use, reliable, and straightforward to set up.
