The trainer Mahek was wonderful
Mahek ran me through the system and she was very well articulated and was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Mahek is a quality team member and I would be happy to be trained by her or work with her at any time.

Micro businesses don't get help
This company does not believe micro businesses with one or 2 employees also deserve to have HR assistance to ensure the business is HR compliant. Don't recommend at all.

Great training experience with Mahek
Just had a wonderful BightHR software training with Mahek.
She gave me a call 1 day prior to explain what I needed to do which was helpful so I didn't get flustered on the day.
During our training, she explained things clearly which helped with ease of navigation. She's also patient in reiterating herself and in answering my questions.

Raz was personal, knowledgeable and quickly able to establish a rapport with me. Yes he was following his call scripting but his approach was genuine and felt authentic to his true personality. By doing his research prior to the call, and with some clarifying questions, he quickly understood the needs of our business, identified gaps and concerns and was helpful in his approach. It had me working with him, rather than resisting because it felt like just another pitch. Raz gave me a clear understanding of how the product could benefit our business and see the required improvements take shape.
