BrightSafe induction
Mahek gave me an informative and helpful demonstration of the BrightSafe site, and the useful tools available to me to ensure our OHS systems are set in place, and are up to date with current WorkSafe legislation. Informative and clear
Informative and clear. Wanted to know what was most important to me right know and what I was unsure of. When I asked a question Mahek was not quite sure of... she let me know and forwarded the question on. Mahek spoke with confidence and was extremely polite.

Unethical Practices and Serious Billing Issues
Most account managers account managers here have habit of lying repeatedly. Getting anything resolved over the phone is pointless. Make sure that you insist on written communication.
After cancelling my BrightHR account (following a long delay and only after they noticed my negative Google review), Bright HR continued charging me for four months.
They promised a refund but despite sending five follow up emails in last 5 weeks, no refund has been processed so far.
Be cautious. Once they have your payment details, it’s extremely difficult to stop them from charging you.
