Brilliant service
Brilliant service. ordered a gorgeous table and was not expecting it to arrive for 5-10 days but my table was ready and delivered in 2 days. They called and checked I was available for delivery and called again the day of delivery. Table is lovely and the quality exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended

I am not one to leave reviews but I have never experienced such a shocking service.
I ordered a bench and fixed table 3 months ago. It kept being pushed back. When I eventually got through to customer service, it was agreed I could be upgraded to the extendable version of the table as mine was not in stock, which is shocking in its self as this was not noted on the website. Last week I recieved the table but they forgot to ship the bench. They are now trying to ship the bench from my original order which is too big and small for the extendable table. I was rudely responded to over email by customer service asking I state clearly what I want. Its not rocket science... send the bench that fits the table.3 months in and hundreds of pounds down and I cant even sit at my table. I bought this table set for my first home and im utterly devestated by the whole process. I live in scotland not outer mongolia. Ive been offered a meagre 25 pound compensation but still have no answers on where my bench is.....
If you like to stand while eating and a great deal of gaslighting, I suggest you buy from here.

Quality not as expected
We ordered a table and two benches from reclaim nation. We chose reclaimed wood because we wanted the character and understood that every piece would be different.
However, the tabletop we received had a number of large open holes across the surface. Whilst imperfections are expected with reclaimed timber, we felt the amount and size of the holes went beyond what was shown in the product photos and made the table less practical for everyday use.
We contacted customer service who advised that this was as expected and our only option was to return at our cost. Customer service was responsive however I feel they did misjudge how bad the table was. I also found they were not transparent with the collection fee for a return despite asking multiple times. I wouldn’t order again as I feel our definitions of a quality product differ.

Our reclaimed wood furniture is designed to have natural character, including knots, markings, grain variation and imperfections. However, we understand that in your view the size and number of holes in the tabletop went beyond what you were expecting from the product images, and that this made the table feel less practical for everyday use.
We’re pleased to hear that our customer service team were responsive, but we’re sorry if you felt your concerns were not fully understood. We also apologise if the return collection fee was not made clear enough when you asked about this.
We appreciate your feedback and will take it on board when reviewing how we present the reclaimed finish and explain returns.

I love the table and chairs
Very happy with the purchase (Brooklyn extendable table and Dallas chairs). It’s a good quality product for a good price. Delivery was quick too. I forgot to enter the £10 off code when I purchased, but Reclaim Nation very kindly refunded me £10 after I emailed them.

Great furniture, good communications
Bought a table with matching bench and 4 chairs. The build quality of all the furniture is great, but unfortunately 2 of the chairs had been damaged during shipping. Reclaim Nation arranged for these to be replaced based on our photographs. Overall comms were good, although it did take a couple of weeks to sort it all out. Based on quality and responsiveness I would buy again.

Quality offset delivery disappointment
We're delighted with the two five drawer tall chests we purchased.
The workmanship is excellent and the packaging was superb.
The pieces look great in our house and it's interesting to look at the signs of the previous life of the wood and wonder where and what it's been used for.
5 Stars for quality and value. Fortunately the delays and vagueness in delivery schedules were offset by our pleasure in the product

6 week wait for a bed with defect
Delivery takes so long you’d think they’re growing the trees for these..
Placed my order on 16th June, with an advertised 3-5 day delivery. Received my order on 26th July, and it’s unusable. The mounts for the bed are in the wrong places. Beyond horrific.
Customer service has been horrendous throughout the delivery delay, with no meaningful updates and nothing helpful to offer.
Absolutely absurd experience and sincerely wish I never ordered this.
