Love the products. Great value for money.
Would have liked the option to have goods delivered to room of choice and not left downstairs as I’m a lone 63 year old lady and struggled for an hour to get double mattress upstairs

Liked the fact I was given a 2 hour slot for delivery. I bought the bed for my son and was surprised at the quality. He called this morning to say that he had a brilliant sleep. I may well buy one for myself

Read and make ur own mind up
Delivery driver just left stuff on the doorstep n me and my brother who are both not exactly able bodied had to struggle to get the pieces up the stairs, not to mention when it came to attaching the headboard both attachments wasn't the same. The item itself is alright quality n comfy and it's a good job really after all the hassle of sorting it out.

Hi Ryan, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear about the difficulty you and your brother had during delivery and when assembling the headboard — that’s certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Our standard delivery service covers to the doorstep, but we completely understand how frustrating that can be in your situation. We’ll make sure your comments are shared with our team as we continue to improve our service.
We’re glad to hear you’re happy with the quality and comfort of the item overall, and we really appreciate your patience and understanding.
Lovely bed… shame about the delivery service!
The bed itself was quite simple and straightforward to put together and it looks very comfortable. I am yet to actually sleep on it yet but I will soon and am happy so far. Unfortunately the delivery experience was a little frustrating as the driver arrived early and initially was not prepared to wait until the allotted 8am to 10am slot which was when I was planning to get to the house as I hadn’t moved in just yet, He rang and suggested leaving a king size bed outside the house!! Which I thought was bad service. Obviously I understand he has other jobs to go to and lots to get done but there’s a certain level of service to adhere to especially with a large and expensive product. I eventually arrived just before the delivery guy and he carried the bed up to the property on his own despite offering to help, but then refused to help me take it up to the bedroom. This was fair enough as I know some companies don’t do this but then he left very quickly and was half way down the drive to his van before saying bye which was quite rude and impolite in my opinion.

We’re very sorry to hear about your delivery experience — that’s certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. Our drivers should always deliver within the scheduled time window and ensure communication is courteous and professional. Your comments have been passed to our delivery team for review so we can address this and prevent it happening again.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re glad to hear you’re happy with the bed overall. We hope you enjoy a great night’s sleep once you’ve had the chance to use it!
