absolutely excellent service from ordering my Hampton Orthopaedic Firm Sprung Mattress to being delivered. Also cheapest i have found! kept me updated with my order right through until my matteress was delivered, the delivery driver also phoned me letting me know he was on his way to deliver my matteress and they took my old matteress away with no problems, both of them were very polite, helpful and friendly. matteress was put on my ottoman bed for me. I can honestly say since my matteress arrived 2 days ago best sleep I've had for several years with having severe osteoarthritis in both my kness, osteoarthritis in one of my hips also lower degenerative back. very good Quailty. I'm so glad i came across this company from a Facebook advert! I highly recommend this company!!

This was my first time purchasing zip and links beds and I wanted to see what they looked like in person.

This online bed store has a showroom which is perfect for someone that likes to try and see the quality of the products before they make a purchase.

The showroom was lovely, the beds were nicely displayed.

The owner took his time to explain how the beds are made and went into detail of the products and process they use.

I was able to tell him what I wanted and what my budget was.

He tailored the bed product to meet my specific needs that matched my budget.

Delivery of the product and the bed itself was spot on very happy with the whole process from start to finish.

And most importantly the bed is amazing, I feel like I'm floating when I lay down on it...

The mattress is great, and is of good quality. I would have liked better communication from the delivery company

Wow, I received my bed today ans the whole service was incredible. They helped me via email almost instantly and arrived during the small delivery window they gave me. The had a question upon delivery and they were fantastic and called the office, dealing with it for me.

Now onto the bed.. The height, comfort and quality has really surprised me especially due to the low cost.

Superb online purchase. Smooth process from fabric samples, to ordering to delivery and product quality is 10 out of 10. Ordered a 60 inch floor standing headboard with an end lift ottoman ( so much storage now ). Along with a 4000 pocket mattress. My sleep has never been this good. Will defenitely recommend and use again.

I had no problem with the ordering of the mattress. The van driver delivered on time. However, there was no information advice included to tell me whether the mattress can be turned over or should simply be spun around, so I rang the Company. I am pleased that the Company posted the information I needed. Thank you.

Ordered 10 days ago: still awaiting delivery. This company don’t answer the’phone: they just end the call. I’m losing a day’s pay every time I have to wait in for delivery. Not impressed.

Bed very sturdy, small issue is the fitting together would be stronger with a bolt and nut rather than the metal u shape clasp. But it is a well put together. Both parts of the base and headboard. Delivery was second to none, reply good guys.

Really good quality mattress 👌 and good service and was kept up to date with delivery times etc and two phone calls from the driver as well . Would highly recommend to anyone.

What an amazing company to deal with. First, they rearrange their rapid delivery to avoid clashing with my hospital stay. Then, the two delivery drivers arrived well within the stated time and did a marvellous, friendly and thorough job of bringing in the new mattress and taking away the old one; and then the quality of the new mattress is fantastic and far above what was expected for the price.
