QUBA TRAVEL Omdömen

I definitely recommend to travel with Quba.

I was on the search for an umraah package in February 2019 until a friend recommended me Quba. I spoke to Shahid, he was very honest and genuine about the trip, and he advised that comfort is very important when you are travelling hence why we went with the 5 star packages. I travelled to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah for the first time. Everything was very well organised, Adam and Ahmed both travelled with us and were with us every step of the way. Quba also allowed us to pay in instalments with a deposit too, so that was great.

The journey itself was amazing SubhanAllah. Started off from receiving broadcasts with instructions many days before we started our trip, to meeting at the airport and the brothers even assisted us with purchasing our sim cards (Thanks to Ahmed and his arabic) and the brothers even made sure we received all our baggage and zamzam water at Heathrow Airport.

We got to both hotels all safe and sound, Alhamdullilah and we were amazed to see how close our hotel was to both Masjid Al Nabawi and Masjid Al Haraam. We were always kept up to date and kept in the loop of any changes.

A family member was quite unwell in Medina, we had a doctor who visited us and this was arranged by Adam. The Quba brothers took us to the date farm to purchase our dates; we also met another brother recommended by Adam who sells different types of natural honey. Both hotels were amazing, the breakfast in Hyatt Regency was really good.

I was a little heartbroken when the driver missed the exit for Burger King enroute to Makkah.

Overall, Alhamdullilah Allah made our umraah easy for us and Quba Travels made our journey there and back easy for us too. I will definitely recommend booking your Umraah and Hajj trips with Quba Travel – inshallah.

Jazakumullahu khairan to the brothers of Quba Travel who organised our trip and also travelled with us – you all were very patience with us. May Allah SWT reward you immensely Inshallah and may He raise your ranks in the hereafter. Shukran Jaziilan

I would like to express my gratitude to the team at Quba Travels. The service from start to finish was very professional and took a lot of worries away. Al-Hamdu lillaah, Quba Travel was very professional and helpful. Always readily available for advice and assistance. Kept regular contact from beginning to end. Recommended. Jazaakumullaahu khairan.

I travelled for my first Umrah with Quba Travels in February 2019. They were absolutely amazing from the start to end, and made the whole experience so pleasant. We did not have to worry about anything as the brothers made huge effort to accommodate and look after us. Any requests or queries we had were answered promptly. We had the best experience, and were left to concentrate on our ibadah. Cannot thank the brothers enough and would definitely recommend them. Jazzak Allah Khair to the team and the brothers who traveled with us. May Allah reward you all for your patience and raise your rank in akhira. Ameen.

Farzana.

I was recommended Quba travels by a friend. I've used them couple times already and have to say they were always on point. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was always able get in contact if I needed help even when I was abroad. I am in the process of using them again for a Cyprus trip and I would most certainly recommend Quba travels.

Went on the Feb 2019 tour with Quba Travel. My family and I had an amazing time. The customer service from Quba team was on point, from booking all the way to the end of the tour. The talks were really interesting, everyone in the group found it engaging. Definitely recommend going with Quba Travel, I look forward to Hajj next time, inshallah. Keep up the great work and respect to the Quba Team for their hard work.

The tour guides are extremely friendly and wonderful/caring.

Would’ve preferred a little more guided tours around historic sites but this was due to time restraints.

For a first timer, would recommend Quba but maybe if there was slightly less individuals could be more beneficial.

Only thing is the price but maybe I am nitpicking

I had a truly amazing umrah as a family and I am a wheelchair bond it was a stress free during my ibadah time , I always get disappointed while I go on holidays but this time I have to say thank you to the brother Adam who works very hard to make us comfortable to make it easy for us and also Ahmed who was doing hard job to please everyone . May Allah reward them ameen .
The hotel in Makkah was extremely nice It was very close to Haram where I was enjoying to go around by myself with a wheelchair .
I recommend to anyone and especially a disable person don’t hesitate if you are willing to go for pilgrimage is amazing .
I am looking forward to see the quba company growing inshAllah.
May Allah reward you all ameen.

Alhamdulillah very good experience would definitely recommend and use again travel leaders was very good and helpful 5*

I had a fantastic trip, highlighted by the 5 following points in particular: 1) a family friendly experience: the tours take into account the needs and wants of all visitors 2) a stress free Hajj / Umrah: I was able to fully immerse myself in the experience, without having to worry about any of the logistics 3) knowledgeable, experienced and extremely approachable and friendly guides: the team were always at hand to answer my questions, and also provided extremely insightful commentary all the way through our trip 4) visits which go above and beyond, including guided tours to various historical sites 5) carefully thought out itineraries: our journey included Jummuah's in Mecca and Medina and Ihram at Dhul Hulayfah. Quba's service speaks for itself and I hope they continue to exceed expectations.

We as a family of 8 went on Umra in dec 18. Alhamdulillah, we found Quba to be quick to respond to requests and bookings. All service commitments were fulfilled. Very professional considering that it was a busy time of year. They even organised a free Ziyara in Medina for us with an excellent tour guide. We would recommend them.

We were recommended this agency by a family member as they offer payment instalment options.

Alhamdulillah we are very happy with the service and staff were always at hand for help/advice. Our contact in Saudia was also at hand and very polite and courteous.

Our hotels in Madinah and Makkah were excellent 5* standards and short walking distance to the harams.

We have already recommended the agency to our friends and family. We also pray Allah will give us another opportunity to visit his blessed lands again. We would be happy to use this agency again.

We were very blessed to be able to perform Hajj this year and had the previledge to do it with Quba Travel. it was an amazing experience and the whole journey was supported by the great team. The facilities provided by the group were five star and we were very lucky to have the best accommodations too. The hotels in Madina and Makkah were five star.
