Excellent company. I went on Hajj with them and the trip was very smooth. No problem whatsoever! The whole team (guides and shiukh) were always there to help and very inspirational. The group was a mix of young and old and very friendly. Drop them a message and see for yourself!

Going with Quba Travels was the best decision my family and I made alhamdulilah, we were very pleased with the service and the staff were very helpful and organised. Would definitely go with Quba Travels again and would also recommend to others inshAllah.

Great company, led by experienced and well meaning individuals. Generally a slightly younger group with a bit more of a mixed feel, which is a what we wanted. Good organisation and communications making best use of available tech and social media platforms.

Apartments in Aziziyah are in a good location, 25 minutes from Haram and facilities close by. Really good atmosphere in Aziziyah amongst the group and regular Islamic lectures which was great. Food was simple but decent.

Hotels in Makkah and madina very well located.

improvement points:

- Please liaise with staff at Aziziyah in advance and make sure plumbing is always at 100% in terms of bathroom facilities
- Hilton Convention Hotel In Madina was exceptional but Al Einman in Madina not so. Your package would improve even more with an improved hotel choice in Madina, one that is truly 5* like in Makkah.
- In addition to verbal confirmations please make it absolutely clear in your literature in any instances where a double room doesn’t actually have a double bed and is in fact a twin set up. This is obviously an essential consideration for couples

We had a wonderful experience overall Alhamdulillah. We couldn't recommend Quba travels enough to everyone. All the tour guides and religious guides were excellent, approachable, attentive and always there for each and every member of the group. every one felt looked after. The Best thing me and my husband felt was, we were told credible and realistic things. There were no surprises and if anything sometimes we got extra treats. We created a lovely bond amongst the sisters. All the sisters were so kind and helpful. People like Sufia, auntie Umber were the cherry on top. Our Hajj was one of the best experiences of our lives. A big credit and warm thanks to all the team members who made it possible.

Having done hajj in 2009 I had something to compare my experience too. I would highly recommend Quba Travel to any one thinking of going hajj or umrah. I found Shahid (group leader) and his team to be a fantastic bunch of guys. They all were sincere, genuine considerate, accommodating and very very helpful. Few things that set them apart:

1. The whattsapp group that was created was a fantastic idea as they sent really good pre hajj materials to get you in the mindset of hajj.
2. There openness and to keep us informed every step of the way and not to hide anything from the hujjaj’s is something not many groups do. Through out hajj hey always kept us informed every step of the way. This enabled us to solely focus on our hajj rights.
3. The seminars and courses done by Sheikh Faraz and Ustadh Asif Uddin were amazing something that i did not have during my hajj in 2009. The course topics were excellent.
4. Dr Waqas having a doctor with us during hajj was very reassuring and something many groups do not have. I would highly recommend Shahid to try and add Dr Waqas to his Team going forward. Dr Waqas not only being a Doctor mashallah he is very knowledgable in Deen and the Hajj process and the difficulties that tour groups face. I found that his sense of humour and jokes made hujjaj’s ticking away and upbeat.

The one negative i would say the medina hotel was never a 5* it may have been a number of years ago when it was built- so should never be advertised as 5*. Never the less the location of the hotel was really good especially for the woman as they were at the door step of the rawdah. Even foe the brothers walk to the Jannatul Bhaki and rawdah was not far.

1. Brother Adam for the initial contact, his hard work in gathering all info & liaison was 2nd to none.
2. Brother Ahmed for working tirelessly throughout hajj and being patient with the different needs of the group. He is truly and amazing person even the mosquito loved him 😂
3. Ustaad Asif Uddin for his knowledge and wisdom. He was always approachable. Only downer was that his a looserpool fan😂.
4. Last but not least Shahid best attribute about him is that his always smiling. As a leader anytime I posed a question via phone call or msg he replied instantly. He even took time out to come to my room and see me when I fell ill after Hajj. He tried his level best to make things as smooth as possible. Thats all one can expect from the leader.

I would highly reccomened Quba travels to anyone considering Hajj or Umrah. May Allah(swt) reward them all and may Allah bless Quba Travel with Barakah. For them to continue to flourish & to meet the demands of the hujjaj. You will not be disappointed by the service you will receive.

Assalaamu alaikum. We would like to thank all the brothers at Quba Travel from the bottom of our hearts for such a wonderful experience for our Hajj in 2019. Alhamdulilah for all the efforts that all of the brothers put in, to make this journey so special. Having to choose a Hajj tour operator for our Hajj journey was not an easy task. We feel the transparency that the company showed from day one was a big reason for choosing them. The visas were obtained promptly, and a lovely seminar was held that we found informative. We found Quba Travel to be extremely professional, efficient and thoughtful throughout our journey.
A special thanks to brother Shahid, I think sometimes it went unnoticed that brother Shahid made multiple journeys to the various locations beforehand to ensure the smooth running of the journey for the hujjaj. I think his attitude always reflected his care and consideration towards the hujjaj. I felt where possible brother Shahid did try and do his utmost to provide the hujjaj comfort. The communication between the Quba team and the hujjaj, exceeded my expectations throughout the entire trip. We even had our Aziziya room numbers and the names of the people we were sharing with, prior to us flying out! It really was a well organised trip.
A big thank you to Dr. Waqas, we were very humbled that he stayed back with us, as my leg gave up after all the Eid rituals and could not walk anymore, he helped to get us a wheelchair and remained with us until we reached the Mina camp. A special mention to the donuts and cinnamon rolls that the brothers organised in Mina! I mean who gets donuts in Mina?......We did!!! SubhanAllah…….they were incredible after a long day!!! Brother Adam you have been amazing in organising everything. Brother Ahmed you have also been such an asset to the group. Your support to the more needy of the hujjaj did not go unnoticed and you have received many duas from all those whom you helped.
Last but not least, the two scholars who came with us were absolutely amazing; Sheikh Faraz and Ustaad Asif Uddin. Having attended the multiple talks that, they held for the hujjaj, prior to the hajj and throughout the trip really helped to reflect on our journey and our lives and how we could improve upon ourselves. Ustaad Asif, we felt this journey would not have been the same without you, thank you so much for your undivided attention, the informative talks you gave, the tours you led; it has been highly beneficial to us and all the hujjaj that attended.
With regards to the accommodation, the apartments in Aziziya were really lovely and clean. The food was nice too (Brother Shahid even treated us all to the famous AlBaik). It was a short walk from local amenities like Bin Dawood, the barber, the coffee shop and laundrette. The hotel (Hilton Convention) in Makkah was also very nice and the restaurant had a nice array of dishes for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel in Makkah was in close proximity to the Haram (around 4 mins walk). It was a very nice gesture that brother Shahid managed to negotiate extra days at the Makkah hotel without additional cost to us. It was such a treat to have spent an entire week at the Makkah hotel and being so close to the Haram. The Madinah hotel (Eiman Al Royal) was nice and a few minutes’ walk from the Haram, unfortunately we found the food at the Madinah hotel to be slightly disappointing, however I have been assured by the brothers that this would be something they would be looking into for their future Hajj tours Insha’Allah. I would also recommend people to choose the 3-week package as this gave us enough time to spend in the Makkah hotel, so close to the haram, we also enjoyed the visit to the exhibition of the companions of the prophets. We found the ziyarah in the 3-week package to be very fulfilling as well; as we attended a historical sites tour led by Ustaad Asif around the entire Masjid Al Nabwi, we visited Quba Mosque, the date farm in Madinah, Mount Uhud and had a tour around various sites in the city whilst on the coach, which Ustaad Asif talked us through and it reflected his profound knowledge.
For those of you whom are searching for a Hajj tour operator, it is essential you understand from them, what you will be getting for what you pay. I had spoken to some hujjaj from other tour operators, and they mentioned that they were not given information for online check-in for their flights which led to waiting in lengthy queues, people were unable to get seats allocated on the flight beside each other, not a single person from the tour operator was present to take the hujjaj onboard the flight and no details were provided regarding their stay in Aziziya. For me these things are really important, and as a person going on their first ever trip to Saudi for Hajj, it is extremely important that the logistics of the journey are organised effectively. I think Quba Travel really exceeded my expectations on this and these little details are what really matter and show that Quba Travel are really experienced in this field……Alhamdulilah.
We have met some incredible people along this journey……it truly has been a journey of a lifetime. I would highly recommend Quba Travel to anyone thinking of fulfilling their Hajj.

Great tour company to travel with. We really felt looked after both healthwise (one of the tour guides was a doctor) and spiritually from the daily seminars with the sheikh and team. They were patient, knowledgeable and genuinely tried their best to help us get the most of our hajj experience and manage our expectations.

Firstly I would like to say Jazakum Allah khairun to all the Quba travel team for making at a successful Hajj 2019 trip and allowing us to fulfil this very important obligation Alhamdulilah. We were on the 3 week 5 star package.
The QUBA travel team are very experienced and understand the issues and difficulties associated with HAJJ and are able to guide you through it all as well as setting realistic expectations. Dr Waqqas was very knowledgeable on faith matters as well as being a medic and Ahmed exemplified great customer service.
The lectures and seminars were great leading up to and during HAJJ and really helped in the preparation and Sheikh Faraz was an approachable and contemporary spiritual guide. The whatsapp reminders and updates were extremely beneficial.
The days in MINA were quite comfortable and better than I had expected after hearing of the various horror stories from other people. We always seemed to have hot food and drinks and most importantly the toilets were not as bad as I had envisaged with credit going to the army of cleaners who did a great job. I am not sure this was the case with all the Maktabs but the standard of ours did seem a little bit better. Alhamdulilah with QUBA travel we were also given the option to stay the extra day in MINA on the 12th when most other groups had left and were not even given the option to complete this Sunnah.
The food standard was reasonable throughout the stay in Azizyah and Mina. The Hilton hotel in Makkah was excellent with the breakfast and dinner buffets providing a great choice of food. The Hilton was literally 5 mins walk to the Harem.
The group itself was great and a reasonable size so that you did get to know each other, It was also very diversified from a cultural view and quite young overall Alhamdulillah. Truly a great bunch of people.
The negatives were minor in comparison to the positive points above but I have listed below to ensure that I am presenting a balanced view and this in no way should detract from an otherwise excellent Hajj experience.
For a 5 star package the Hotel in Medina was a little bit below standard and regardless of limited choice needs to be improved at the price point of the package.
We could have had better support and assistance with transport going back to apartments on 10 Dhul Hajj which was a very tough day after having spent the night Muzdalifah and walked to Mina. The hands off approach of the QUBA team largely worked quite well but just needs to be refined to provide more support at these more crucial times. Most importantly this was taken on board by the QUBA team (Ahmed) and they did arrange transport to Makkah for the tawaf when most other groups walked all the way from Mina to Mecca.
Plumbing facilities in Azizyah apartments could be improved, we were advised that there would be 4 people sharing a Bathroom but we ended up as 6 which was not ideal.
Hajj is a very important trip for any muslim and therefore it is very important to pick the right tour operator that works for you and to research it thoroughly. I would definitely recommend that you do consider QUBA travel when selecting your HAJJ provider.

We met brother Adam at their office when we first looked into Hajj packages. From that meeting, we were quite confident in our choice to book with them as he was very friendly, knowledgable and clear about everything.
When we met the rest of the Quba team we could see that they were all just as good. Their whole easygoing attitude really worked well for us as it made us less nervous about the whole process. That’s not to say they’re unprofessional and don’t get things done properly! Everything was very well planned out and we were kept informed about everything that they could control.
Of course there were times where patience was needed. Things don’t always go as planned and given the amount of people that are in Makkah at the same time for Hajj, it is definitely not an easy feat. We feel Quba did do all that they could to make the whole experience as smooth as possible. They also took in suggestions quickly and tried very hard to accommodate everyone, which we very much appreciated.
They arranged very informative talks throughout which was great, we had 2 sheikh’s with us to answer questions whenever we needed. We also had a doctor with us which was really reassuring as there were quite a few of us who did get ill.
They are very knowledgable; from religious perspectives to how much a cab charges, to the price of a haircut, they really do know their stuff.
One of the best things was their ability to put the right people together. As we were segregated and sharing with strangers in the apartments, we were a bit anxious about who we would be sharing rooms with. Turns out we had nothing to worry about as their arrangements were spot on. We met likeminded people who have actually become lifetime friends.
We had a lovely group gathering towards the end of the trip and it really showed the brother/sisterhood that we’d built in just 2 weeks.
All in all, Alhamdulillah we have had the most amazing experience and would like to take this opportunity to thank the Quba team for everything.

Alhamdulilah the Hajj experience was amazing. Quba Travels made it very easy for me and my wife to complete our hajj. I am very impressed with their experience on how, what and when to do things during our stay in Makkah and Medina. The Quba travel team was very friendly and approachable. We had a doctor who was part of the tour guide. This was very reassuring for me because I was worried about my wife getting sick during our journey and having visit a local doctor who may not speak our language would have been difficult.

The daily seminars helped me prepare my mental and spiritual state before doing the pilgrimage act that was ahead of us. It was very convenient to have 2 Sheikhs along with us to answer our questions.

For our stay in the Aziziyah apartments, Quba travels preallocated each individual into groups who have similar age, backgrounds, culture, professions...etc to ensure that we will get along well with our housemates. This worked very well for me and my wife. Everyone got on very well with each other. We had no arguments or disputes.

The Quba Travels team did their best to keep the mood lively. There was a lot of laughter and good times.

I’ll definitely recommend anyone to travel with Quba Travels for their Hajj. Everything that was in their control they delivered and things that didn’t go to plan was out of their hands.

Myself and my husband have travelled with Quba the previous year (2018) for Umrah and Alhamdulilaah the service we received was lovely. We decided to travel with them again for Hajj this year, the service we received from beginning to end did not disappoint and we thoroughly enjoyed each part of the journey.

A 4.5 star would have been given if it was optional, given that no one is perfect. But for the reason that it was either a 4 or 5, I had to go for a 5. The experience itself was Epic indeed. The support and assistance was above and beyond anything I thought would be available, especially for the reason that my mother was dependent on a wheelchair throughout. Some peoples assistance was exceptional, and only Allah knows how grateful we are to them. All the confusion I had before going and while being there were unfolded and once spoken to, it was very clear to understand. With that, no matter how many times you needed to know, it was given. The patience they had (Qadr of Allah), May Allah reward them all. Ameen.
As for you the traveller, please have subr (patience) with Quba Travel, with that I promise your holiday would also be Epic. Remember no one is perfect and patience is the key.

They are a very caring group who look after you all the way through . This time there was improvement in the religious reminders which were very inspiring during the hajj.

Fantastic choice for your travel Hajj, Umrah and travel needs. I travelled with them to Hajj 2019 and it was impeccable from start to finish.

From the choice of airline and the guides waiting at the airport assisting in Quba gear to the reminders by the scholars all the way to the WhatsApp chat we have post Hajj with the group of brothers.

There are certain things that are out of their control but you are informed timely through messages and regular announcements by the tour manager Shahid / Dr Waqas.

You're given a lot of options with Quba. They will always have something going on but if you decide to do your own thing that is perfectly acceptable. An example if if you want to visit the Haram, you're more than likely however if you are resting for the Hajj days then they will have various talks going on. I visited various masajids that were on my bucket list, spent a lot of time in the Haram (probably more time than I did than Umrah).

It's best to partake in because the brotherhood and I assume sisterhood that is built is superb. I've met some fantastic brothers and Quba faces a strong focus on tarbiyah and getting people involved.

Location was great. We had dry cleaners, Bin Dawood and various other shops nearby. Walking back and forth from Mina was easy enough that you're able to do it yourself. All the accommodations are pinned on Google maps. We had Shaykh Haitham come in and give a great talk in Mina. Don't listen to anyone about Mina scare stories, the facilities are not that bad.

Another benefit was the group size. Large enough you meet tonnes of new people and small enough you don't get lost in the crowd.

I had friends travelling in the groups we stayed in next door and I can say hands down that Quba wins by the logistics experience. From the time to be ready to leave for Madina to the amount you should pay for cabs and a haircut on the day of Eid, these guys now their stuff.

Also shout out to Adam, who followed up via call to see how things were post Hajj. I can't imagine a lot of tour companies do this.
