QUBA TRAVEL Omdömen

My first Umrah Experience

Honestly I cannot recommend this company enough; I used this company for my first Hajj experience and now for my first Umrah experience. I will be using these brothers for any future Hajj/Umrah trips InShaa Allah. I am sure there are other good companies out there but why look any further when I have found this one!

Jazak Allahu Khair to the brothers of Quba Travels for making my trip as smooth as you did, for supporting me through the process, for helping me to complete my Umrah. May Allah accept my Umrah and of all those who completed it with us.

Although we didnt get to go hajj with Quba during 2020 or 2021, the guys at Quba didn’t let us down at any point where they kept communication with us throughout the times of uncertainty. We rolled our deposit over with them from 2020 into 2021 hoping for Hajj to take place but ofcourse the announcement was made that it would not take place. Our deposit was refunded in full where we had no issues. If hajj is possible for us next year then we would definitely be looking to go with Quba based on their level of integrity, transparency and customer service.

Quba travel have been a pleasure to deal with, from start to finish they are professional and experienced. They provide honest and helpful advice throughout the process.

I would highly recommend Quba travel for your Umrah and Hajj trips.

Sincere, honest people, can not recommend highly enough. They communicated extremely well throughout the whole booking and problems with Covid and cancellation by phone and email and refunded all monies paid. Will 100 % be using them when we get a chance to go again.

Brothers at Quba ........ super, super, super guys, words cant really describe how Quba have treated me and my family, after a massive test with flights etc (brother Shahid) great communication, one of the most warm-hearted, caring, patient person around.

May Allah give Quba travels many years to come
Ameen

Keep up the great work

Alhumdulilah- Allah, the all mighty, has invited me for Umrah this February and previously in 2017 for hajj. Both of which I have booked with Quba travels. Excellent service and communications all round before departure and during the trip. The tour guides were very knowledgable and hospitable and it felt like we were part of their family. Some very long lasting memories which I will cherish for years to come. Thank you Quba travels , I would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about fulfilling their hajj or umrah.

Once again Brother Adam and Shahid thank you so much for all your help in booking a Umrah Trip package for my parents!

From start to finish very simple process and Brother Adam accommodating our plans that made this booking hassle free.

My parents have returned with no complaints whatsoever and enjoyed their blessed trip without any major issues.

Anyone looking to go for Umrah or Hajj then look no further than Quba Travel, trust me you will not be disappointed!

Very pleasant gentlemen at the office. Provided great service, high quality hotel and transportation. Made the Umrah journey much smoother. Would highly recommend booking through Quba Travel!

Assalamualaikum
Their over all service is ok. So far I've seen they tried to ensure good service but it's not always possible to make everything perfect and everyone happy.

Took out an Umrah package with the brothers at Quba, this was my first time going and was very nervous throughout my whole journey but Alhamdulillah Adem and Shohidul made it very easy.
They explained every to me in detail and what to expect.
Transfers were really easy and hotels were exactly as described. I had some issues here and there but its more to do with the language barrier in Saudi as i dont speak Arabic so cant fault the travel agent for that.
I had a guy there called Gulraz who was very prompt aswell. He would keep contact with me with regards to the traveling and helped me navigate aswell.
Inshallah from now on whenever I want to go i will definitely come to Quba again and would advise the same.

Highly professional, efficient, courteous - could not have asked for a better group to travel to Umrah with. Constantly available to answer questions and give advice. Competitive pricing. Would recommend to anyone who is planning to go for hajj or umrah!

Used Quba travel for umrah trip October 2019. There was never any hard sell with them only really good honest advice and recommendations. Shahid and Adam were always approachable before our departure and during our visit.
Overall we were really impressed with level of service and knowledge given by Quba. Extremely pleased we chose Quba travel for our first Saudi experience and have already recommended Quba Travel to friends and family.
Looking forward to booking again soon In Sha Allah

Recently booked our first umrah trip with Quba travel and the customer service we received from Shahid and Adam was amazing! They were always on hand for any queries we had throughout the process. Can highly recommend them to anyone looking to book umrah and even Hajj as we will definitely be using them In Sha Allah. Both Shahid and Adam have first hand experience of the entire process from recommending flights, hotels and making the ziyaara arrangements. Their insight on hotels is spot on and will give a honest opinion which we appreciated. The service we received was tailored to our needs. Thank you both for all the help and look forward to booking again soon In Sha Allah.

Quba travel has been very reliable and helpful in arranging my trip to Umrah. From arranging the visas to booking hotels, they have been great support and always on hand to answer any questions I've had. I would definitely recommend them

.

My first time performing Umrah and I couldn’t have asked for a better travel agency! All my questions were responded to very quickly with helpful and insightful tips and guidance before and during the trip. This is truly a 5* star service from the initial booking all the way to arriving back home. If you are considering this travel agency, then think no more! You will definitely not regret it, I will most definitely return for future trips Insha’Allah. Thank you to everyone at Quba Travel who helped to make my first experience so seamless and pain free.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I learnt so much from the scholars and really appreciated the effort made by Quba to ensure our pilgrimage was made easier. May Allah reward you all.

Alhamdulillah!

Where to start?! This Hajj journey was amazing.
Quba Travel did a great job from start to finish. They were honest about things that were in their control and things that they had no control over. They managed expectations well and there were no ugly surprises.

When I first contacted Quba Travel they were very professional and knowledgeable. Adam was great to talk to directly and through emails, very informative; I was sad to hear that he wasn't going to join us. The seminar was really good and informative. My one issue was that maybe it could have been slightly earlier than a week before we left as this would allow more time to prepare if there was anything we missed. But I can appreciate the time frames as this was when we received our visas and passports back.

The Quba Team were great. Brother Shahid was good company, he worked tirelessly to ensure things were running well for us, always providing updates and managing expectations. The tour guides; Ustadh Asif with his dry humour was great, mixing with us and available to answer any questions. His reminders and seminars were really good. Sheikh Fraz was also good, very approachable and available to answer questions. The reminders/classes were a great addition, allowing us to gain essential knowledge.

Quba Travel managed my expectations and provided a great service throughout. My wife and I both enjoyed our Hajj immensely and would gladly recommend anyone to travel with Quba. I would definitely like to do Umrah in the next few years so would consider travelling with Quba again. I hope there is possibility of direct flights in future though.

I liked the fact that we stayed in Aziziyah, the apartments were nice and clean and the location was fantastic. I met some great people and we are still in touch.

Thank you for this amazing journey and continue the good work!

It was a pleasure and a privilege to be part of this years Hajj group. The quba team were exceptional throughout the trip. The team was extremely professional and polite. A special shout out to Brother Shahid and Adam during the booking process. Jsk.

May Allah accept our Hajj and allow us to visit again. Ameen.
