QUBA TRAVEL Omdömen

As we were researching to go hajj 2019 we were connected to Quba travels by someone.
We spoke to brother Shahid over the phone couple of times and he was very straightforward about the package and what to expect and explained everything to my understanding.
We went direct to Quba travel agency and met brother Shahid and spoke in person and decided there and then that we wanted to go with them because he seemed very genuine and honest.
Altogether the hajj trip was amazing Alhamdulillah.
Everyone was very helpful we had guides every step of this beautiful journey.
Especially brother Shahid and brother Ahmed was exceptional.JazakAllah brothers.
Insha'Allah we are hoping to go again very soon, our first choice will be Quba travels.
Dipa and Shueb

We booked our Hajj 2019 trip with Quba.

This was an experience that we will never forget. From the beginning to the end, our Hajj experience with Quba Travel surpassed all of our expectations alhamdulillah.

It is a hard balance to strike where your expectations are managed but at the same time you feel you are in safe hands.

But with Quba Travel, from the moment we spoke with Adam in registering our interest, to actually being on Hajj, you always felt ready for what was to come. Thank you Shahid, Harris, Ahmed, Sheikh Faraz and Sheikh Asif.

My wife and I came back from Hajj with no complaints alhamdulillah and only the desire to go back again.

Your Hajj is only as good as the effort you put in and the expectations you have. There were so many surreal moments and so many laughs along the way. But this was only made easier thanks to all the efforts the Quba team undertook.

While researching for a group to go to hajj with, we came across Quba travel via an Instagram search. I messaged the brother a few times enquiring about the package etc.
Alhamdullilah the brother we conversed with was very straightforward about the package and what to expect. After loads of questioning and gathering information we decided to book with Quba travel. The reason we chose them was firstly they offered a 2 week package and most importantly they came across as genuine and not pushy, as there's so many salespeople out there selling hajj packages. We felt at ease each time we contacted them. So we paid our deposit and left the rest with Allah swt.
Alhamdullilah the hajj trip was absolutely amazing in itself. With regards to the group leaders they were very informative and always kept us updated throughout the journey. The group also held talks and q&a sessions with the Sheikh before the hajj days started while in Azizya apartment.
There was also a doctor with the group which was really useful as so many people needed him due to various ailments.
The rooms in Azizya were just as they were described. The tents in Mina again are pretty basic but that's the case for everyone.
Overall the whole logistical side was dealt with really well. We didn't have to wait around long at the airport and the Saudi staff at airport were very friendly too.

Two weeks wasn't long enough looking back now.
We made some lovely friends from the group who in'sha'Allah we will keep in touch with.

I recommend Quba travel for hajj or umrah as they're really down to earth, approachable, well informed and the prices are reasonable too.
Alhamdullilah for everything.

Salaam Quba Travel Team and Customers,

I have recently returned from Antalya and Istanbul using the Quba Travel agency , they had made my experience hassle and headache free , everything was very organised without any hiccups from transport to accommodation I was completely satisfied with all of the organisation. Which allowed me to thoroughly enjoy my break without any worries
BIG thank you to you All !!

Alhamdulillah me and my husband were blessed to have completed our hajj with Quba Travels . It was a beautiful experience and the staff tried their best to keep us updated on the next steps whenever they could . Of course there were things that were not in their control but the things that they could improve on they would happily do that . I have given some feedback which they can apply for the next year in shaa Allah and if they can tweak these they will be doing even better (worthy of the extra star :) ) I pray that Allah grants them the success they deserve and puts more baraqah in their business . Ameen

Alhumdolilla, Quba Travels from the onset mentioned what they provide and fulfilled on their promise. With Quba Travels, I really appreciate all the work the team went through behind the scene to ensure our hajj was as comfortable and smooth as possible. On most occasions the service and accomodation was beyond my expectations which made my hajj both comfortable and enjoyable. Would definetely recommend to young, English speaking Muslims looking for a simple, no nonsense hajj experience. JazakAllahu Khairaan to all the team at Quba Travels

Amazing experience with Quba travels. Everything logistically ran very smooth allowing all of us to be able to focus on our Hajj. Cant fault anything.

An amazing experience of all experiences spending my Hajj, Quba travel were very informative, professional at every point of the way. They were very approachable and knowledgeable, very good religious guides and tour guides. I previously used Quba for Umrah which was also a very smooth and great experience.

Alhamdulillah very nice bunch of guys.

Would definitely recommend using Quba and I can’t wait to use them again!

Jazak Allah Khair QUBA TEAM!!!!

It was a pleasant experience doing Hajj for the first time with Quba Travel. Tour guides were very good and helpful. Would use Quba Travel again.

Excellent Hajj tour with Quba travel. Was quite nervous going to Hajj but Quba made everything easy with their expertise in the Hajj field and their transparency pre tour and on the tour itself. Solid team with excellent customer servic. I would definitely travel with them again and reccommend others to use their services.

From the moment we booked our places with Quba, the team was professional and always kept us in the loop. We really appreciated their calm manner and immense experience during the hajj trip itself- which meant that we could focus on the Hajj without being distracted by logistics and other potential inconveniences.

We pray that Allah rewards the team for their efforts and allows them to make Hajj every year with groups of people invited to His house inshAllah.

JazakAllahu khayran.

Quba travel has made the Hajj experience very easy (2 weeks). They were always very responsive and did everything in their capacity to make hajj memorable for us. From sorting out flights, visas etc to enlighting religious talks they provided. I liked that their plan was flexible and always gave us options rather than force anything on us.

I only take away one star because I felt like sometimes some slight bits were missing like Tawaf al wida and possibility involving people who are more reserved and more interactivity which I'm sure are sorted by next year. By no means those are major and I highly recommend Quba. Brother Ahmad and Shahid thank you for your hard work and dedication, may Allah bless you.

Quba Travel especially Br Shahed very accommodating and went above and beyond what was expected. He is always looking for the best prices and most suitable package. I went with my wife and 3 children to Turkey and would highly recommend Quba Travel for any destination. The whole trip was a success Alhamdulilah and there was always someone on the other side ready to help. I will be travelling again soon Insha Allah.

The brothers at Quba Travel are excellent. From beginning to end everything was transparent, professional and friendly. I pray Allah rewards them for their efforts.

I cant fault the team...

We went Umrah just before ramadan this year (2019) with my son who had just turned 2. The advise given by Quba travels was spot on.

Visa sorted with ease...all the connections were chauffeur driven and prompt. For our tours we picked a time and the driver was waiting...they were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

I will definitely be using Quba Travels again and come highly recommended.
