Always have such long delivery/ despatch dates from order. On this occasion we didn’t receive order as damaged while in transit with courier. So have another lengthy delay for reorder .

Used this company on several occasions and If the items you require are in stock they are dispatched very quickly. It’s worth taking time at the point of ordering to check current stock as if one part needs to be ordered in it can delay the whole order when ordering multiple items. I have found if an item you require is not currently in stock it is better to place two orders, one for the stock items and a separate order for non stock items to avoid delays. Always received great service and good that you can phone and talk to a real person should you need advice.

When I put my order in both items I…
When I put my order in both items I believe were available and would be posted the following day. I was then told that 1item was delayed. That in itself wasn’t a problem. When the item was available they were sent immediately. The problem was I was then on holiday. As I wasn’t at home I arranged for EVRI to deliver it to the local PO, which they did. But they only kept it for 7 days. As I was still on holiday I had to arrange for someone to collect it, or it would be sent back to you.
