I had an issue with a gift card purchase and was initially worried it wouldn’t be resolved, but the customer service team went above and beyond to help me. Rita took the time to understand my situation, showed genuine compassion, and was able to organise a cancellation and refund for me. I bought a $300 Prezzee card on…
I bought a $300 Prezzee card on Afterpay hoping to use it for Woolworths groceries and baby formula. It turns out I cannot swap it for a Woolworths card because it is not an option with Afterpay only thru Prezzee website? And they wouldn't refund me or attempt to swap it out. The credit is basically useless; I needed it for groceries. Terrible

I like prezzy in general, however....
I like prezzy in general. However, on the laptop yesterday, in the "Brands" list, there was no "Supercheap Auto", even though I hold one already. Then I went on mobile and it was listed. Also, will be nice if I can use "Drag n Drop" to move money from one card to another. I have 3 woolworths cards and would like to move the balance and only hold 1.

Refunded me with great fast service
I made a review about my purchase/experience on 18th April. The AI on their website told me no returns, I assumed since its their AI that it stands. I came here and made a review with one star. They contacted me with prompt great service and offered me a cancellation. Thankyou. And I couldn't edit my last review to show they supported me and was not trying to decieve me, so adding another review. Appreciate they refunded me my $300. Thankyou.
