Fast delivery and communication is more important 💙

These guys are beyond useless with their service and customer care. They were very quick to take my money and make empty promises but have lied through their teeth for three days straight in saying my delivery of my very expensive fridge is on the way with NO DELIVERY!!

Super fast delivery. Good communication with when to expect delivery. I received a phone call 15 minutes before the guy arrived. Product is absolutely perfect. Just what I wanted and great price!

they cant get your order on time it took 6 days for them to even add my order for pick up.
i put order in on the 10th today is 22nd and order is still not here.

Overall a good first purchase from Trade Depot, online purchase and delivery was easy and fast. The dryer has worked well so far, very pleased.

Ordered a tv online through trade depot on Friday and arrived on Saturday I was stoked! I also love how i got a notification that it was out for delivery and also notification when they were 10 minutes away I was surprised that I could track to see how far they were, it helped alot as i was very busy that day. Thanks trade depot.

I shopped around for a large home solar system and Trade Depot were the most proactive in responding. So 5/5 for that. But product was short delivered and specified so the installer had to use some of their own parts. Now the stands holding the panels on the roof are not coloured. Now waiting 3 weeks for the replacement heat pump that was damaged in transit. Communication is shocking including 15 confirmations to date that delivery about to take place. I have found them incredibly frustrating to deal with. Phoning does not help either. Massive wait times and then you just cut off. After-sales service is not there.

I ordered some small parts from them. After 18 days I contacted them to see whether they were awake, and they told me they're still within the advertised "2-14 days" + "5 days" for holidays. Now it's been 28 days and still nothing, no emails, no delivery, no contact. Nothing. I will never buy there again!!

Latest,affordable products, sound quality too. Free or low cost delivery, right to your door- the icing on the cake! Shipping costs are quite often the 'turn- off', to purchasing off other traders. Returned a product once, due to an error on my part, which TD happily arranged pickup and refund. Great Traders!
