Go direct to the brand instead of using this service

I’d recommend purchasing vouchers from the brands direct.

I was on my country’s website
I was on my country’s website. It showed all the wonderful options you could swap your prezzee card for. I purchased one to swap for an Apple e-gift card! Only to find out it’s not available in my country. I emailed customer care and Mary said they resolved the issue. I went back to swap the card out for Apple - still no option available. NZ only has 48 options - all the options available to swap, you could easily just purchase an e-gift card direct from the retailers website.
The only way to contact prezzee is through online chat - they didn’t bother answering their phone when I called for over 10 minutes. Prezzee sucks arse.

While Apple gift cards are available on the Australian (AU) Prezzee platform, they are currently not available on the New Zealand (NZ) platform. As a result, they do not appear as a swap option for NZ-issued Prezzee Smart eGift Cards.

Great system and very easy to use. If you have any issues, just email them and they reply quickly. Highly recommend using this system! It’s also great to be able to check your gift card balance easily on the app.

Great food - but useless credit card!
I received a $75 credit for my birthday and decided to take my wife out for a fancy meal. We decided on Onslow Restaurant in Auckland city - and the meal was excellent - highly recommend. I credited my Prezzee card balance to a "Best Restaurants eGift Card" after checking that website to ensure they were good at Onslow. On the day - Onslow had a different idea - and turned us down. I'll stick to 'normal' credit cards from now on and recommend others do the same!!!!

Redirecting voucher
Chrystal stepped into the conversation after nearly two weeks of trying to sort, other consultants kept asking for information the same information that I had repeatedly given with no result. Chrystal took the information and was very thorough and worked through the enquiry within a short time period (within the hour) and was resolved, she was AWESOME and I cant thank her enough, my staff member was so relieved to get his voucher after winning it a couple of months ago!! Thank you Chrystal I appreciate your work!

Purchased prezzee card via afterpay
Purchased prezzee card via afterpay. When I attempted to swap balance to lego gift got error message "we couldn't complete your swap. Try again later or choose a different brand" tried multiple times over several months with same issue. Support next to useless, Ai bot keeps going around in circles & when I finally get a human & told that lego wasn't an available option for cards purchases via afterpay & that only the ones listed on Afterpay are available. Both their website & Afterpay list lego as an available option so the staff blatantly lied.

I did my homework and managed to find a store that I could purchase "something" of value that I needed from.
Jay B HiFi Manukau customer service was A+ and helped me to purchase what I liked and work through the payment process which was a little complex for those not familiar with it.
Then I went to Woolworths and brought some extra groceries with the remaining balance.
This all made my day, I'm very happy and thankful for my gift card from Maia Collective 💝
