1 star is too much for this company
I wish there was an option for zero stars. We ordered Christmas cards for our business but as it didnt arrive today, December, 15, I called to check on our order to be told it will be shipped next week. But its gonna be too late for Christmas! The agent, Brian I think, didnt offer any solution. I asked him to cancel the order, he said ok. He canceled the order, told me your order is canceled and your card refunded. No thank you, no apologies for causing us not not to send cards to our customers, nothing. I would not order anything from them and wouldn't recommend them. So much for positive.
Cancelled order last-minute
First time customer. They accepted payment and promised they could make delivery on a tight timeline over the course of two calls, then six days later sent me an email letting me know they were suddenly out of stock. I've been doing this for a long time and get that there are things (particularly during a pandemic) that are outside anyones control, but this is a particularly frustrating way to treat customers because there was no apology--just, sorry, guess we suddenly don't have your items after all. Nothing positive about this promotion.
Stop Calling!!
This company continues to call our police department and asks to speak to the Chief. When our Administrative Asst. asks what it is in reference to they say they want to run a few things by him. They have been advised many times the Chief is not who they need to speak with and they are also asked to not call again and they continue. DO NOT do business with this company!
Very unhappy with their customer service
I was relatively happy with my order. It arrived earlier than expected and the cups were of ok quality. I personally don't think they are worth the price that is being charged but it's a great gift to give none the less. However, the problem I experienced happened when one of my employees opened her gift (a cup with a saying on it relating to teachers) and it was a saying for a nurses assistant. Not the biggest deal in the world. Luckily I had an extra one that was correct that I just exchanged with my employee. When I emailed Positive Promotions to let them know of the mistake they never responded. I then followed up a few weeks later with another email asking for a correction and they still haven't responded. They got their money and now don't care about correcting a mistake they made. Very disappointing.

This company does not even deserve a 1 star they deserve a 0 star. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! We ordered 350 custom face masks for a drive by event and they said they would not be delivered until after the event. When I called to check on them I was hung up on when I asked if they could be rushed. I called back and the supervisor was not available. Do not waste your time or money.
Wish I could give a negative star
Wish I could give a negative star. Horrible company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered gifts for nurses’s week in mid April. Nothing on their site said anything about backorder or delayed delivery. I called early May to see when they would be delivered and was told then that they were back ordered and it could be June before deliver. Nurses’ week is early May so I cancelled my order and bought alternative Nurses’s gifts from another company, and was promised a refund of my $291.92 in 7-10 days. Today is July 7 and still no money refunded. I have emailed with no response. I have called numerous times and mostly get voice mail, which i never get a reply back, but when I do it’s always an apology, then excuse, the promise to refund within 7-10 days. Here it is 3 months later and no $291.92 and they happily keep my money and refuse to talk to me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you’re willing to throw your money away never to see your money or any product again!!!!
Very poor communication and service
Very poor communication and service. I ordered items for Nurses week mid-April and it is now towards the end of May and I still have not received any communication on my items. When I placed my order, it stated shipping was 4-business days. I called and after 20-30 minutes on hold someone answered. When asked about my order all they could tell me was my item was on back order. I did not receive an email explaining this nor when I looked at the item to order did it say it was on back order. She could not even give me a time when they would have it in. All they could offer was this explanation and a mediocre apology for the delay. I checked their website and my item is still available for order with no notation that it is out of stock. My nurses have worked so hard during this time and this just makes me utterly disappointed in this company's lack of communication and customer service for frontline workers.

Ordered several items for nurses week .... still have not received my complete order. No one answers emails or phone. Will be reaching out to the better business bureau...maybe then I can a get a response !
Terrible, Horrible and incompetent Company
I wish there were no star at all. This is a terrible and horrible company. Folks, do not do business with this people. I order 75 items for Mother’s Day and was assured i will receive them on May 4. The item did not arrive until May 13. I was deeply embarrassed to have failed the women in our church. So i opened the boxes and lo and behold it was a different item in the box. I called the useless company and was out on hold for 56 minutes and the nasty whoever i spoke with never offered any apologies and nothing from the company. I asked them to come and pick their stuff up and as of writing this review no response from them. be warned, do not do business with POSITIVE PROMOTIONS. They will mess you up big time. You have been warned.
Ordered Mother & Father's Day gifts…
Ordered Mother & Father's Day gifts with plenty of time to receive before Mother's Day. Every day I checked the status and saw "in process." On Friday, May 8, I called and after a 45 minute wait time was told that product was being shipped and would be sent via FedEx to be received on Saturday, May 9. Product did NOT come. Checked the status again and it said "in process with USPS." Product was received on Tuesday, May 12. I have sent numerous emails that have not be answered. There "chat" button is unavailable. Funny how I then I received the Father's Day gifts the next day, Wednesday, May 13. I will NOT be using this company again. COMMUNICATE AND BE HONEST WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!
Worst ordering experience I have had
Worst ordering experience I have had! Ordered 23 days ago and have called multiple times with no luck getting through and have sent 3 emails trying to get an update. No response. Finally today I got through by calling as soon as they opened and was told the product would not be in until July!! They choose not to communicate with their customers. Very disappointing. I cancelled my order so now will have to watch account to make sure I get the money back!
Worst company I have ever dealt with
Worst company I have ever dealt with. They waited for me to call in to check where my order was to let mw know that they did not have the items at all in the warehouse, they are a 3rd party company ordering from an outside company. If they had told me this from the start I would not have relied on them, now 3 weeks later...no products no excuse nothing. So ready to pull all my money out of this and report them as a fraud company. 3 phone calls at 45 mins each to be told there is nothing they can do.

Never pick up your call and respond to your emails. No way to verify if your item was actually shipped. No tracking number. It only says "in progress".

Company does not supply product as promised on website and customer service does not exist! No one returns your emails and you will wait on hold for hours with out anyone answering!How can you check your order status or cancel an order?
They falsely advertise how important their customer service is and what the product shipping times are. There is no excuse for a company that is taking money, not sending product and just not responding to customers at all!!! They should be shut down. This should be illegal.

Horrible! Ordered Mothers Day gifts on the 23rd of April and still haven't received it and Mothers Day is TOMORROW! When I called the girl guaranteed me that I would receive them. NEVER AGAIN!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Just like all the other reviews stated, I also ordered items well ahead of time going on almost four weeks now, and still have yet to receive my items. Not that it matters now since Nurses Week already began. I have also attempted to contact them several times and waited between 20-37 mins each time before I actually spoke with a representative. On two occasions, I was assured I would receive the items I ordered prior to the start of Nurses Week, and that was obviously a lie. Let me tell you, it is the biggest disappointment to try to recognize your hard working nurses especially with this pandemic but not being able to because the site you ordered from ruined it. I will never order from them again.

Ordered for EMS. They took my money but have not shipped my items. The website says in progress. Customer service will not answer phone calls, emails, messenger or any type of communication. They have terrible customer service. I will never order from this company again.

Terrible customer service! Pre ordered items on
April 2, 2020 and we never received our items! We had to cancel AFTER nurses day! We were told the order was shipped and had to call Numerous times with long wait times!
Now we have no gifts!

Beyond dissapointment
I placed an order a month ago and still have not received it yet. No one answers their phone or email inquiries. In their website my order shows "in progress". I understand that they might be affected by the COVID-19 to be able to send timely shipments but ignoring their customers is not a good way to conduct business. They were quick to take my money but no rush to answer any of my emails. Very disappointing experience!
