This company is horrible
This company is horrible. I wish I would have read the online reviews before I ordered from this company. I placed my order online. I was told I would receive my product in 5-8 business days. I called them after 8 business days. They informed me they received my product but it was sent to get our logo on it. I should receive it within 8 business days from the day I called.
I called back 8 days after that because I haven't even received a tracking number. I then was told they lost my art work. If I resend my art work I will receive my product 8 days from that day. I always had to reach out to them. Only for them to call me today 27 days from the day I ordered and payed for my product for them to tell me I have to order 15 more lanterns if I want my order. I told them no that is not what our agreement states. The order is already placed I should have already received my product. Eric said he couldn't order my product unless I order 50. I tell him that's not what they advertise. He let me know he didn't care what they advertise this is what they have to do. I informed him I talked to someone 2 weeks ago and they told me my product was already ordered. He stated it was. I asked why he was changing it now. He said be he was told to. If you go on to my product now it still reads you can order 35. False advertisement at its finest.

This company has been nothing but heartache and issues. I will never be working with them again.
Timeline
12/09 I called and got Dina as my sales rep. I send her an email with the previous years jackets that will be duplicated.
12/10 Dina sends quote. We start going back and forth with files so we can start the order process.
12/13 Dina let me know that the art work will be done. Sent the proof the same day. Let Dina know my originally need for jackets had decreased from 25 to 23 will need new quote.
12/14 Dina asked for details. I sent over details for artwork.
12/15 I ask again for quote. She asks for more details. I respond.
12/16 Dina asked for more details.
12/17 I provide additional details.
12/22 I ask Dina if there is anything else she needs since I hadn't heard back.
01/05 I ask Dina again if there was anything else needed. She says she should have final pricing.
01/06 Dina sends over revised artwork. I approve.
01/07 Dina says she is getting final pricing.
01/10 Dina sends over new quote (requested from December 13th). I ask Dina if we order by today when these would ship, she states on or before 02/07. I tell her let's get them started. She states she needs payment. I forwarded this to our Treasurer to give her a call.
01/11 Dina let's me know she had not hear from the treasurer. Same day he calls her with payment.
01/14 Dina calls me letting me know the jacket colors we requested are not available. I ask her what colors are available so I can have the committee review. She tells me on the phone that she will find out.
01/18 Dina calls me, leaves a messages and asks me what I want to do. I emailed, because now I want everything in writing. I told her I still hadn't heard about what colors are available.
01/19 I email Dina again, I still have not heard about what color is available. She calls and let's me know the jacket color I want will be available the first/second week of February. We push our February banquet to March because of this. She responds letting me know that it should only take 4 to 5 days.
01/20 Dina states the jackets are now in stock in that color. I again say let's get them done.
01/24 Dina emails me with questions about imprint details. I respond.
01/25 Dina states the card number is invalid and she possibly wrote the card number down wrong. I told the treasurer to give her a call, she got the card and charged us for this order. Sends me proof and detailed version of quote.
01/26 I sent an issue with one name.
02/02 I email Dina finding out if the order is good or if anything else on my end needed to be done. She responds and says it went to imprint yesterday.
02/21 I email Dina finding out if we have a shipping time frame. She said the tracking had not been updated.
02/23 I email Dina trying to find out when my order will be shipped. She responds saying she will have tracking later that day.
02/28 I email Dina because I still have yet to get tracking and told her we needed these jackets by March 5th. She responds with tracking number.
03/01 I finally receive SOME not ALL of my order.
03/02 I email Dina and let her know I am missing 2 jackets from the order and still need them by March 5th. She states they are at production and will ship tomorrow.
03/05 My event and I do not have these jackets. I have to tell 2 people I do not have them.
03/09 I emailed Dina to let her know I still do not have these jackets. She responds saying they are scheduled to imprint. They are now due to ship by March 15th. I emailed back saying that she said on the 2nd she stated they would ship on the 3rd. No response.
03/23 Emailed Dina to find out where these jackets are. She responded saying they should be going to inprint soon.
03/31 Emailed Dina to get tracking. She gives me a tracking number.
04/01 Final 2 jackets finally arrive.
Nothing about this company has been positive. I shouldn't have to keep following up with my sales rep

0 star review - bought a bunch of bulk items for nurses week, well over $2k, shirts, scissors, water bottles for about a staff of 90- you know because of Covid and recent poor light of nurses in the media, our nurses do a lot and don’t expect anything from our management team. Purchased these items on March 30, went to track the order April 22 and what do you know? Yah, the orders were cancelled. No email, no phone call, NOTHING to notify me. Never again. Talk about being in a pinch, luckily was able to find a different company with better prices and communicated with me via text at 9pm on a Saturday night.
I placed two orders with this company, was one cancelled and the other doesn’t exist?! Funny cause they sent me the email with an order number- I still have the email.
Bad service and no communication
I ordered a backpack in black and they sent one in blue. They had my phone number but chose not to call me. They just sent what they wanted to send. When I called them to see what happened they only offered to give a refund. It is 4/7/22 and Telecommunications week is 4/10/22, a few days away and not enough time to get anything else so I'm SOL! I won't be ordering anything else from them again.
I was offered Free Shipping if I placed…
I was offered Free Shipping if I placed an order of $75 or more. When I received my order I had been charged for the shipping. I spoke with customer service and was told that I would have to have proof of the offer. I explained that it was on a banner across the website and that I had entered the promotional code. I did not save the code anywhere and they are denying that there was an offer. This was a deciding factor in my placing the order! They have refused to refund the shipping fee of $14:45. It also took a month to receive my order. There was no personalization requested for the products so this seems like a long time to get my order which ended up being late for my event. I will not be ordering from Positive Promotions in the future.

Ordered a bulk order of t-shirts 9/22
Ordered a bulk order of t-shirts 9/22. Approved the proof on 9/23 at which time I was told production is usually 7 business days and 2-5 business days for shipping. I contacted the company in October, after a month, to which I was told production had not even started and they assured me I should be receiving the product on 10/22. On 10/29 I called again after still not receiving my items, and was told that they still had not gone to production and they told me they would offer 10% off and would work to get me my items by 11/5. It is now 11/9 and I still don’t have the items. I’ve tried calling and I just get disconnected when I tell them my order #. Going to contact my credit card company and report to the Better Business Bureau. Do not use this company. It’s a scam.

Positive Promotions is a reliable online store to order in bulk, promotional items. They mailed out my items and I received them very quickly and all items were exactly how I ordered them. Quick service & delivery & very friendly, helpful staff.
This company is trash
This company is trash! Poor everything especially communication and customer service! Not only did i pay for express shipping which took me 4 weeks to get my items but took this company a day to charge my credit card, I’ve talk to 27 different reps which i have all they’re names…then i was told i would get a email once it gets to production to clarify my print nothing…Called they tell me it’s in production called a week later still in production then was told I’d get a call back or email to discuss the order nothing so on 10/1 i called was told they are still in production and will be sent out express tonight got my partial order on 10/ 6 and all the shirts was in there but mediums i track mediums there is no tracking so i call them they tell me it’s shipped my question was why wasn’t they shipped with the rest they was all ordered together, i said where is the tracking they said oh there isn’t one but it was manually shipped which means it’s gonna be 2 weeks until it gets to me. He tried to say it’s because they was short ok so why wasn’t i aware of that in email, why didn’t i get any info i will never ever order from this company ever again. Never
EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Placed an order on the 10th of September for 15 long sleeve shirts that were listed as "In Stock". On the 14th checked on the status of the order only to note a message stating that the shirts were now on back order. I called and spoke with a customer service rep that told me that the message was an error, the shirts were in production getting imprinted already, they would be shipped out in a week or two. October 5th, still no shirts. Checked on the order status which continued to show on back order. Called and spoke to another rep that confirmed, "yes, they are in back order". Then when I explained my previous conversation with the other rep, he admitted that she lied about the order status. I asked him if I could speak with a manager or supervisor and he hung up on me. I called back and spoke with yet another rep which stated that the supervisor was not available but I could leave a message. I told her about the issues I'd had already and told her that I didn't trust that anyone would call me back given the treatment I'd received so far. She checked on the order and told me they didn't have any other long sleeve shirts in stock to which they could replace my order. I was told I will be given a refund but it's too late to order more shirts!!!

This is the second year I have used them. The first year our order was sent a couple of days before our event due to item being on backorder. This year I only receive one item and the other which was the main gifts was not available until two week after our event. Mind you I ordered my items in the beginning of June and my event was not until Sept. 13th. this was amble time. It seems the items are never in stock but when you order them, it does not tell you they are not in stock but they sure charge your credit card asap. Just so frustrating. Won't ever use again.
Shipping is very EXPENSIVE!
The products are very reasonably priced. Where they get you is in the shipping. $37 to ship my shirts. :(

Ordered, separately, two different items from Positive Promotions. Waited for a period of time and called them to check on the status. Was told the items were on backorder. I asked why I was not informed. They claim it was because of COVID. NOOOOO!!! This is not a blame COVID situation. This is a NOT communicated/notified the customer situation. Positive Promotions should have informed me immediately upon knowing that the items were backordered so I could make other arrangements. Now, I have to scramble and find another promotions company to assist me when I have a conference coming up next month.
Will no longer be using Positive Promotions for any of our business EVER!!!!
Be careful using this company. Be sure to ask if the items are backordered.
Steer Clear, go elsewhere!
Placed an order for 250 pens on 8/5/21. Website says they will ship within 4 business days. Today is 8/19/21 and my order status is 'in process'. I have made multiple calls to customer service to find out status. They keep claiming they have to check on it & will call me back. Again, no responses. Poor customer service, poor business standards. I am beyond frustrated and am cancelling to order elsewhere.
They NEVER send promised samples
They constantly flood me with emails, offering new free samples and sample packs and they NEVER send the free samples! It doesn't matter if you order online, or by regular mail, or phone, They say they will be sent though. Simple-DON'T offer if you don't intend to send! I won't believe them any more....
Bad customer service
I wish I would have looked for reviews before trying positive promotions. Horrible customer service. Placed an order and received w9 to pay by check. A week later I receive emails saying i have to pay first since I am new customer. When calling to pay they don't have the item anymore. Representatives show no remorse or apology for lack of communication and just stay silent on the other line when i explained my frustration since my order was time sensitive. She stayed in silence for about a minute after i explained my situation that i had to ask for a manager and she transferred still no talking to a voicemail. Manager was very quick responding to my voicemail but i was disappointed that he apologized but then didn't apologize. Very weird trying to place blame on not receiving some things from me which i responded with screen shots of proof. Anyways, i decided to investigate more and found these reviews; obviously not pursuing with them anymore.
placed an order for CNA week
placed an order for CNA week, delivery was supposed to be 5 to 7 business days. I already spoke to customer service a week ago, who guaranteed my order was going to be shipped that Tuesday, well here it is Monday ( a week later.) and my order has yet to be shipped and its been a month!
Very disappointed customer
I placed an order on 6/14/2021 for CNA week for staff, went through the checkout process and there was no indication that the items were on back order or that it would be any delay in shipping. I called several times and spoke with a representative and received different answers as to what occurred during this process. I ordered in good faith as a first time customer that the items paid for would be delivered in an timely manner. The last rep I spoke with today 6/29/2021 was very rude, over talking and being nonchalant about a problem within this company.
Father's Day Order Placed Almost a Month in Advance
I placed an order for Father's Day on May 30, 2021. I called to find out about my order because there was no confirmation of it being shipped though there was no delay in charging my card. When I called 2 weeks before to check on it, they assured me it had been shipped and guaranteed it would arrive before Father's Day. It did not. The order was for the men at my church and I was left in a very embarrassing situation. I called to get a refund and they said I had to wait until the order actually showed up. Tuesday after Father's day - still no order. I called again and they said there was nothing I could do until it showed up. Finally arrived on Wednesday and by the time I got the package, it was late. So I called Thursday to get my refund. They said they'd email me the return label so I could schedule the pick up. Still no email. All the reps I've talked to have a very non-caring tone & only 1 semi-apologized. I am tired of wasting so much time on this. I have to call again tomorrow because they are closed now. And if the label takes as long to get to me as the package did, I'm worried they will drag this out & then not refund me on the basis that it's been too long. This is so unacceptable. I shouldn't have to work this hard to get my money back and I shouldn't have to waste more time trying to get this package back. Their site talks about their 100% guarantee, quick delivery, great customer service...I've experienced the exact opposite. I was left looking like a flake for our event and left folks disappointed. If you can charge my card in minutes, you can refund just as quick. I work for a large company & host an annual event & was looking to purchase from them for it & future events for my church. Definitely taking my business elsewhere. Positive Promotions was anything but positive.
They lied about delivery day
Ordered father day gifts over two weeks ago for my church - Well, I actually tried ordering over a month ago but for some reason the order did not go through so I tried again June 2nd after noticing no order confirmation the first time. I called one week before fathers day weekend, since I never received shipping info, to check on the order status. I was assured they would arrive Friday. The whole weekend went by and I still don't have the gifts. All they had to say this morning was "We apologize, for some odd reason your order did not ship" - I'm deeply embarrassed with everyone who expected the gifts at my church.
