This is the second time I have been Burned by Positive Promotions. I have ordered in the past very far in advance, with a specific date to have my items in hand. The first time I thought maybe it was an honest mistake. and now this time. The lack of urgency and care is outstanding. I told them I needed my items by 5/12 when I ordered them in mid march. 5/12 rolls around and they are confirming the colors I want.... are you telling me these haven't even been produced yet. IM furious and will not be returning to this company. I recommend not using them if you have a specific date you need your items. If you don't and don't care when they show up, I will say the products are usually good......just takes forever with no care for deadlines.

I have ordered for my church at least 10 years from this company but this year they decided I was a new customer. I have never had a problem but something has definitely changed with this company.

While I don't have a problem with the quality of the product. The time it takes to get products needs to be addressed. Last year my card (Business Christmas) order took over 4 weeks to arrive. This year 2 weeks AFTER the order is placed, I got am email the cards are out of stock. So now it is Dec. it will take another 7 ish business days for a simple order no envelope no logo. Called to get a new card, the phone agent doesn't even apologize for the delay. I KNOW they can do better! Get it together!! I am giving them grace and 3 stars, due to a fair price, and fair quality. I suggest you order in summer for Christmas calendar cards.

They are mean and nasty company I go to the website and order free samples they tell me im not getting free samples they are withholding them from me they are so nasty about it they tell me I have to pay in order to get free samples the manager is also mean and nasty

Very hard to get products that is adversities. No contact to let you know when items are on backorder. You usually find out yourself, because items have not arrived. Company needs to work on customer contact services.

I should've known this product was too good to be true, ordered anyway. When I received the product, color of shadows weren't as advertised.......not even close.

I'm a business owner that wanted to purchase some holiday gifts for employees. I placed my order on the website. I was told 2 weeks after I placed the order that they were out of stock. Then when I called to pay the difference between the products, my business debit card number was stolen. I never use the card because of this reason. It was so suspect! Beware. I've dealt with other better known companies that were more establish and never had these problems.

Terrible company to deal with...DO NOT purchase from them. Products are cheap and customer service is terrible. I was sent the wrong item because the one I ordered was backordered (no permission given to substitute) and I was told twice that I could return and a shipping label would be emailed to me. Waited a week with no label sent and when I called back, it suddenly changed to me having to pay to return item. NO ONE contacted me to discuss the change in plan and I should NOT have to pay return shipping when they gave me the wrong item.

My company ordered from Positive Promotions yesterday (11/29/2023). We never received an order confirmation after they said they would send it via email. And hours later, our credit card was breached!! There was an Uber charge of $43 and another charge from "SQ Focus" for $180. This company and its employees are thieves!!

Steer clear! Have used company before, each year getting increasingly difficult to get competent assistance to place an order with various unnecessary issues. Ordered item after waiting on proof. Paid by phone. Within hours, credit card was breached with dozens of online $$$ fraud purchases. Card is a backup card and rarely used so I believe its linked to the PP purchase.

Stay clear! Ordered open house kits and was assured they’d be there on time. Received an email that they were being shipped. Only got crayons….when I called, they stated all the other items were back ordered. No one reached out to let me know via phone or email. I was furious. I had them cancel the order, but still waiting for a refund. This company is a scam.. read the BBB reviews!

Placed an order and they charged my card for everything. Called and said many not available and still charged the card. It is almost 30 days later and still no refund. Had to call the company again. It is wrong to charge for something that you will not be shipping and if you made the error correct it right away. You called me, yet didn't process the refund. SCAM!

We ordered Mothers Day Pens in March and needed them for a preschool event on the friday before Mothers Day and they kept saying items on back order and I called over and over letting them know I needed them by a certain date and they said we would receive them and when I tracked them on the date we needed them delivered they will not be here until 2 days after our event. I wonder if we will get our Fathers Day Pens in time we ordered them the same day. Unfortunately this is not a reliable Company.

My story is similar to the "Father's Day" fiasco. We will call mine the "Cancer Day" fiasco. I ordered materials well in advance. Only a portion of my order arrived much later than October, which is breast cancer awareness month. Trying to be a kind and compassionate pastor, I ordered something else. Finally, the wrong thing arrived by Fed-Ex. I have been trying to return the items for three months. Each time my secretary or I inquired about the labels, we were told three to five days and we would have the labels, but to no avail. This happened more times than I care to mention. Of course, we have received the bill, with a letter from their finance department, kindly reminding of us of our late payment. Mind you, we have been trying to return the wrong items for more than sixty days. Today, we gave them a new email address for the labels to be sent to and we were told we would receive the labels in another three to five days. I asked if I could go to Fed-Ex and mail them myself. I was told yes, but I would have to pay for the shipping. I DO NOT HAVE CONFIDENCE IN POSITIVE PROMOTIONS. This began in September 2022 and is still going on in February 2023! WOW

Hard pass on these guys.

We inquired with several companies to fill a $75k order, asking for samples from each of them. We placed the sample order, got a confirmation, and that was it. No samples and no responses to our attempts to get an update. Thankfully, there are other, professional companies out there that not only got our 4th quarter order, but will get our future business. Positive Promotions will not

Do not order from this company unless you're okay with the headaches that will follow! I ordered items a month ahead and at this point they are two weeks late. I reached out to the customer service and the response was basically "oh well." They claimed the items were out of stock. But I received no such notice when I ordered or in the weeks that I've waited, and they are refusing to refund even the shipping. I've been burned by this company before. It's my bad for giving them a third chance. They're business practices are terrible. There is nothing Positive about them.

I will admit I was hesitant after reading reviews. I requested a sample first and was put in touch with a dedicated account exec John. John went above and beyond to ensure that my order was completed and correct. The product was as expected.

Orders were never received. Bad communication. Stay away from this website. Will leave you hanging and dry.

Horrible communication and messed up my event. Art was submitted two different ways - online and email. Didn't confirm for days.

Four days before my even they told me they didn't have the promo items in stock, so no way to order from somewhere else.

Don’t waste your time or money on this company! This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with! A waste of $20,000 on marketing merchandise and they couldn’t get my order right if their lives depended on it. Every single item I ordered they made a mistake on. The printing is awful. They don’t have the ability to stick to deadlines or deliver anything according to what you expect. Don’t waste your time with this company, you’re better off spending a little more money elsewhere but actually receiving a quality product and peace of mind. I spent three months with this company trying to get my order right and in the end they screwed me and would not redo one of the products. They expected me to distribute merchandise that was not reflective of our brand and was just not legible to the eye. Their coloring scheme is extremely off. they will send you a product without doing any quality control and waste your time and your money. They will take your money upfront and afterwards you’re gonna have to chase them down to get your order right and even completed by the deadline you expect. Their customer service is awful. I left numerous messages for managers who never returned my call to this day. This company is the worst and I will never work with them again. I suggest working with someone else for your marketing materials. Low quality products , awful customer service, poor printing., Inaccurate shipping promises, unprofessional artwork., Terrible all around. I ordered seven different items and they managed to screw up six of them. The water bottles are like tinfoil the quality is so low and so cheap you will not want to distribute this on behalf of your company. Trust me.
