Im giving 3 stars because I was delivered the wrong pens (pens that included a different business' logo etc). Ill say the sale representative was helpful and responsive, and sent me the pens I ordered later on. Unfortunately Im unhappy with the pens, the logo is too big, which was misleading given the design that I shared and approved.

Amazing first order impression
They communicated with me every step of the way and they made everything so easy. When one of our colors was not readily available, they worked with me on getting a replacement for the interim and are still going to deliver our chosen color by the time we originally needed them by!

The two departments I worked with communicated well with me and each other. I received my order promptly. I then realized they were the wrong color. I explained that these were promos for Croton Lions Club, a non-profit and shouldn't be taxed. I asked about sending another color and what shipping would cost. Not only did they deduct the tax, but said I could keep the original Chip Clips. I was most impressed with all my dealings with 4allpromos

One of my products was incorrect
One of my products was incorrect. I called in to inform them. Their process was to let the person who answered the phone take the complaint and then they would handle it back office. I never heard anything back from them and I had to use the wrong product for an event. They were fully aware of my time crunch and still did nothing about it. This was from March 23rd for an event in March 28th.

Great customer service!
The cups were smaller than I expected and the gentleman I talked to tried to find me the cups I wanted. Since they couldn’t get the cups I wanted they offered to take my purchase back and a full refund. Excellent customer service!

It was a seamless experience
It was a seamless experience. We quickly nailed down the logo on the ball marker, chose colors and had them delivered way ahead of the scheduled event. Once the product was received, i was pleased to see it was such a high quality item to pass out at our golf tournament.
