Their customer service is certainly lacking. I placed an order for bulk Father’s Day gifts for my church. I received no correspondence from them after the order was placed except for the order confirmation. It took several emails and phone calls to get reassurance that the order was being worked on. With that being said, I received my order in a timely fashion and am satisfied with the product. They are a reputable company, but their communication is far from desirable. I will choose a different company next time.

The worst place I really feel like it is scam beware I orders tumblers for the men in my church they charged my card the same day 2 weeks later I had not received my order I called to find out the tumblers was not in stock promised refund still have not received can not get anyone to answer call unless you select you want to place order this place needs to be closed down
What an absolutely awful experience
What an absolutely awful experience. I ordered a tumbler for teacher appreciation week and I was informed a week prior to the celebration that the item was on back order. They kept trying to send me a different tumbler, which I did kept refusing. Yesterday, they took it upon themselves and shipped a randomly different tumbler without my approval. I had to wait on hold for ever for them to issue a refund and told me I had to reorder the item I originally wanted again. I asked to speak to a supervisor and then sent me to voice mail. I will never purchase from them again and encourage anyone out there to do the same. Its not worth the headache. Its now the end of the school year and the teachers did not receive a gift for teacher appreciation week.

Do not order anything from Positive Promotions. I ordered 82 tumblers on April 23. They charged my card on April 30. They guarantee quick delivery. On May 12, I called and emailed when my order still hadn't arrived. I spent hours trying to get someone on the phone and track down my order. They finally told me that they were receiving 300 units and I would have them this week. The WRONG order arrived yesterday. Today, when I called, they have no record of my last call. They said the computer automatically changed my order and they could not refund me until they received my order back. Now, it's too late to place an order with a reputable company. I will never order from them, again.
Assured item in stock - a week past date of need and still haven;t gotten anything and they won't return emails or phone calls.
I have used them before and never had an issue. THis time, we were told the items were in stock and would arrive in plenty of time before we planned to present them to the group...we are now a week past their recognition week with nothing to give them. Ordered a month before the date needed and assured they would be here. Now they won't return calls or emails. I am an unhappy customer and after seeing these other reviews, I should not be surprised...wish I had seen these before ordering...

We contacted Positive promotions to get items for lab week. We were assured that these items would get to us on time. The week before they were supposed to arrive, we get an email from a random employee saying 90% of our items placed was out of stock. I asked her (Gladys) if she could give me dates of when they will be in stock, a guarantee in hand date. She provided those. We never received half of the items and it has been over a month since our event is over. to top it off, they (Gladys or Terence) decided to send us 2 items that we never even ordered and charged us for it. So we all customer service and they transfer me to a manager who still hasnt called back. At this point we want a refund of the items not received and a discount for the incorrect items that was sent that we never asked for. Beware of this company! The reviews on them are true and they are horrible.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Do not order from them. I wish I had read these reviews before trying to use them. I just canceled my order and asked for a refund after not receiving it and not getting any updates. At this point, I can only hope they are honest enough to refund my money.
Terrible!
Terrible!! I order stuff ahead of time for Nurses Week. They shipped my order after Nurses week. It is frustrating because you cannot check your status online unable to get customer service.
Horrible customer service
I spoke to a representative at Positive Promotions because we were on a tight deadline to get the items. She searched the database for me to see what was in stock. She found me a product and I paid for expedited shipping. I called a week later to check on the order and was told the item was not in stock and there was nothing they could do about it for me. They offered to refund the shipping but couldn't guarantee when the item would make it. Very poor service. I will never order from them again.
items not received
I ordered items for mother's day and appreciation gifts and i was told I would have on 4-23 to the latest. Then i received a partial order and no note as to when they would be in. i ended up having order something else as out of stock (no explanation). It is now 5-11 mothers day was 5-9 and no item. i got a nasty email that said even if they have to overnight at their expense i would have 5-7. Well still not received
BEWARE
BEWARE! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! IT'S BEEN 3 WEEKS AND I'M STILL WAITING ON MY PRODUCTS THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE HERE TODAY! I CALL, I EMAIL AND NOTHING! PLEASE DO BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE! THIS COMPANY IS BAD AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!
They won't make the expected date.
They make items for special occasions. The problem is you won't get it in time. If you check on your order it says preparing to ship and when you get worried about it not making it in time, they will send you an email saying they don't have the product in stock anymore. So if you want anything for a specific event, order a year early or go somewhere else.
Don't Shop Hear
I've done business with many companies over the years and this has been the worst company I have tried working with. I placed an order and a couple weeks later they left me a voicemail to call them about my order. After the second attempt on calling them back and waiting for almost 30 mins they told me my order had been canceled because of a wrong order # and they couldn't re-place the order because the item had been discontinued "5 Days ago" Never doing business with this company

I ordered nurses gifts on 4/27 and get a call on 5/5 that They need payment information to complete the transaction. I entered my info when I ordered. They told me they emailed me twice which was untrue. I ended up having to cancel my order because of their incompetence and now I’m left scrambling for gifts. Very frustrated with them at the moment!
Buyer beware!
ABSOLUTELY NOT ONE THING "POSITIVE" about my ordering experience. Takes twenty minutes to get customer service, then you're put on hold again. Needed gifts for Mothers day. Ordered three weeks prior, to find a week before that my order was still being processed. Wasn't even in stock! No email from the company saying it wouldn't make it in time. No phone call, no anything!! $200.00 order for a group of women that won't arrive before Mothers day!! Do not order from this company. Until they hire better management, marketing, and whom ever they need to make this business run properly,, go elsewhere and save yourself the headache!! I cancelled my order and ordered from a different company paying double for express shipping to get gifts before Mothers day. Now I wait to see if "Positive Promotions" refunds my money!
Unbelievable
I wish I could give a negative star. Our Church ordered items for both Mother's Day and Father's Day. I ordered the items at the beginning of April. I have been checking the order status on line and it says it is in process. It is 1 week away and was to be delivered no later than May 7th. Plenty of time, everything was in stock, they even offered to bill the church. I called today and find out that the order has been cancelled! How, why, and who cancelled it? The children took the time to pick out the gifts, why does it still say it is in processing? "We (Positive Promotions) cancelled the order saying that they tried to reach me by email and phone. I was never called and nor did I receive an email. It is checked daily. I got the "I'm sorry, but the items you ordered are out of stock now, so we won't be able to fill the order and at this point we can't get anything to you until after Mothers Day. Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE service and customer support. I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone.
Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I am a volunteer coordinator at a hospice company, and I placed my order on 03/07/2021. I was never informed that one of the items I payed for and ordered was not available. My sales representative proceeded to stop taking my calls and emails despite the fact that they owed me an item I had already payed for. It took calling in multiple times and telling them that my sales representative was not taking my calls before I was able to finally speak to a customer service representative. I am now waiting for the updated item. We will see if it comes. BEWARE!
Terrible Service
I would give negative reviews if possible. I ordered Christmas presents from Positive Promotions; it's been a month and counting since I ordered. On my end the tracking information says it's in progress, theirs apparently says delivered. I talked to two reps and both were very rude, yelling and arguing; one hung up on me. I called back a third time and a young lady named Katelyn(spelling may be wrong) finally helped sort everything out. She deserves a raise. Let's hope it ships this time because I have spent a lot of money on this order. I understand what it's like being in customer service, as I was for six years. The customer is always right- especially remote businesses should be doing anything and everything to please their customers because they need the business.
Absolutely horrible company
Absolutely horrible company. I bought coolers and personalized mugs from this place in November for my office Christmas party. It took them two weeks to even confirm the order. I got the coolers, terrible quality. I was embarrassed to hand them out. As for the mugs, I get an email A WEEK before the party to approve the proof for the personalized mugs. I responded immediately approving them and said I needed them by 12/17. The day before my party there are still no mugs, so I go check my order status on the website. Under the mugs it says it's still waiting approval on the mugs. So what was the point in the email approving the proof? No where in the email did it say to approve online. They JUST sent the mugs today, 12/22, after the party of course and almost a week after I approved the proof online. Do NOT order from this place, the quality is horrible and they have terrible customer service.
Terrible experience
We had a terrible experience. We placed a company order on 12/2/20, promised to received items in 7-10 business days. We the received a call on 12/15/20 to inform us we would received the items on 12/21/20. Checked on the order on 12/18/20, was informed we would receive the order on 1/9/2021. These were employee appreciation items to be presented on 12/23/20. Items were completely paid for up front. as required on 12/2/20. We are extremely disappointed.
