was skeptical at first when ordering, but the figures did end up arriving, and it was of great quality. My only complaint was that the figures were very fragile. A thin part of one ended up breaking in shipping, but it was an easy fix with super glue

Despite it's small size, the figure I ordered was super high quality! I continue to be impressed with how detailed such a small thing can be! He showed up in incredibly safe packaging, and he arrived in pristine condition! He's an absolutely wonderful addition to my Guzma shelf! Would definitely buy from again! :D

Great quality products, although they're more on the expensive side. Delivery times can be long, but packaging is extremely secure and high quality. The details on the figurines are amazing.

My personal experience on the website so far has been very satisfactory. Perhaps one thing I need to keep in mind every time I want to make a purchase is that sometimes it's common for the shipping cost to increase compared to the initial estimate. I understand that this is due to factors external to the store, and also that the added protections to the items contribute to the higher shipping cost. However, even so, I prefer that over receiving items that are broken or damaged. Another external factor to the store is sometimes the delay in China Post processing and shipping orders. Apart from that, all purchases with them have been satisfactory.

the packaging was amazing and the quality of the product was so much more polished than i imagined and it cam with a cool card with the figure on it!

Bought a Milotic, when i opened it it had a broken tail, paint was chipped on its face, and one of the whiskers was also broken. Must have been from the styrofoam pushing together. I asked for a refund and sent pics of the damage and this is what i received

“We regret to inform you that despite our attempts to secure the maximum compensation from the logistics company, their policy for this shipping method restricts the initiation of an insurance claim due to the absence of visible damage on the outer packaging. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. However, we highly value you as an important customer. In an effort to address this situation, we would like to offer a 60% refund of the total figure price, amounting to 57 euros [95 * 60% = 57 euros”
