Initially I was kind of skeptical about this site, but put a pre-order in kept an eye on things for several months as the product went through its production phase. I was contacted through email about selecting shipping options when the product was finally ready. Allen made it a very clear and smooth process and I finally received my order yesterday! Package had proper interior and exterior protection. Thanks again OrzGK and Allen!

It worked:) figure came and had no defects.
Only the payment for shipping was a little complicated.

It is a reliable reseller and if the figure gets released and nothing bad happens you won't have any problems.

BUT if a figure gets cancelled because the studio decided not to go into production this is when the problems begin. If you pay in full (not just deposit) and via paypal you will be punished because the refund they send back is subject to fees that paypal will take. So you end up losing 20-30 bucks on a cancelled figure and the support takes the easy route saying they are not responsible for paypals actions.

I have spent several thousands last year and I expected a better service than this, at least give a voucher (just 20-30 bucks to cover the fee) for the next purchase when that happens. So learn from this, don't preorder and pay in full or you will lose money when figures get cancelled and ORZGK won't care about you as a loyal customer.

The behavior of their "customer service" really spoiled my experience and I will use other sites in the future.

Service was top tier and prices were good, upfront, and had no extra fees that were undisclosed. Item arrived in perfect condition and well packed to prevent damage. I opted for the slower land/sea shipping service since my item was 5ft/153cm and 75lbs/34kg. The customer service representative, Allen did an awesome job and responded to all of my questions within 12 hours of emailing and usually within a few hours.

Lack of follow-up and communication, non-existent customer service

A good and friendly team. I've already received over a dozen figures from them and, apart from one, there haven't been any problems. I initially received the wrong one, but customer service took care of it and I received the correct one without any hassle. I can highly recommend them.

This is my first time ordering figures from a site like this. I had questions about the availability of a figure and Allen was incredibly helpful and quick with responses. All questions were answered in a timely manner. I look forward to buying more figures in the future from orzGK.

I would say they were helpful and transparent from the start. Communication was easy, I got very comprehensive answers when I had questions. The product arrived in perfect condition and well protected. The package itself was a bit damaged, but thankfully the product wasn't.

Hola amigos, hice una compra de 2 figuras que estaban en preventa en septiembre 2025 (pago completo), una de las figuras fue liberada para enviar en DICIEMBRE 2025, pero nunca se concreto el envio, preguntado a la asistente "LUCY" en varias ocaciones que es lo que estaba sucediendo, me decia que aun no llegaban al almacen y que probablemente entre 10 o 15 dias ya lo estarian enviando ( NUNCA SUCEDIO). pregunte nuevamente a fines de marzo 2026 que pasaba con las figuras, y en esta ocasion me dice que una esta AGOTADA (sin stock) y la otra figura "ABANDONAN LA PRODUCCION" y que realizarian el REEMBOLSO TOTAL.

PERO SOLO REALIZARON UN REEMBOLSO PARCIAL, ya que en vez de reembolsar todo, me hicieron un PAGO mediante Paypal

A éviter, leurs service après vente est très mauvais, la livraison est très cher. Ne rembourse pas les produits cassés

I bought 2 statues from OrzGK and both times my experience has been great! The items were packaged very well and there were no issues with the statues. Once they confirmed the purchase after the initial week or so of processing they were very quick about completing the rest and getting it shipped. I had Ella as my assistant through the process and the communication was perfect.

I have now received the second of my orders from OrzGK. The first one was a beautiful ¼ scale resin statue, and the second one was an official figure.
Both times, I was in contact with Lucy, who was very friendly and helpful throughout. The whole process was very smooth, from ordering to confirming the shipping method and payments.

This was my first time ordering something overseas and I was really worried. But Jenny made it really easy to understand what was going on, and my figure had arrived in perfect condition!

Ordered a rurudo figure with orzgk, the alternate body part unfortunately came with a defect. Lucy was able to help me contact the supplier for a new alternate body part to be shipped. Very happy with the service!
