This product does not work
This product does not work. It is a dangerous product as it will cut your skin and leave the hair standing. It doesn’t cut the hair.
The only positive is that it was delivered in a timely manner. I have used it 3 times, thinking that maybe I have used it incorrectly, but the product doesn’t work.

Not working as expected from Ads
This item really does not work for facial hair, the head is small and with the housing around the epilator doesn't connect well to the skin. I honestly find the Adverts misleading.
Dealing with customer service is not prompt either.
There return portal doesn't work for getting a postage label for UK customers and you're then duped into returning to US Texas and they want pictures before sending, proof of delivery and refund excluding postage is paid back once they actually receive item .
They offer a partial refund of 30% but that is only on the net cost of the item which in the end is honestly such a joke.
I would say avoid at all costs as it's honestly felt like I've been scammed in a very legal way that there's not much that can be done.
Very clever business strategy.
I'd suggest sticking with known brands as Braun or Phillips as those epilators work far better, honestly nothing special about the EPIL PRO 3.0.

This product does not work unless your just trying to remove peach fuzz.I had a lot of hope for this product.BUT…it does not remove stubble or the white hairs this product claims to do.I now believe 50% of your good reviews are from friends of ppl who work for this company .Its easy to make a profile with a fake name and give you a 5 star..I was forced to give you a 1 star that this thing does not deserve..
Now the attachments that you can get in a bundle deal total 5 star..love them all.Im on permanent disability due to heart condition.I can’t afford to waste my money but in this case that’s exactly what happened.I could of used that money for a week of groceries.totally disappointed

I like this device. Placing the order was easy and the order came promptly. The instructions are printed very small and as such are quite difficult to read.

Their response time to my email regarding a billing error was so fast, less than 2 hours. I was very impressed with the customer service. Normally I have to wait weeks for an answer or don’t get one at all. Looking forward to getting my order. A good customer service department makes a good company.

The product was received within three business days, which was very helpful.
Since I had already purchased the main part of the product (shaver) I wanted to purchase the essentials package, to get the six attachments.
When I used the Epil Pro 3.0 it left my facial skin silky soft so I wanted to try the attachments as well.
I haven’t used them yet, but look forward to.
