It removed hair but the claim that it would slow down hair growth was not evident. It broke in less that a year, not worth the price

Not My Best Experience
They don't define their return policy in a bold way, it's more in the fine print even though it's on the box 90 day return policy. I've contacted the company through email asking about the procedure to return the product. I've never received any feed back on what the procedure is. The following day after sending the email my credit card account showed $11.99 credit back from Pluxy. I have since sent them four emails asking what the $11.99 was for. I paid over $60 for the product and it had free shipping and tax on that amount would not have been $11.99. They have not responded to any of the four mails. I would never recommend this company!

It doesn't work
I bought and tried it but it didn't pluck one hair from my face I was told to let the hair grow out and to exfoliate my which I did and it still didn't work and now your trying to charge me for a second one I don't even want this first one since it doesn't do what you said it would do in really disappointed

Dissatisfied
I order this devise due to advertisement
It really looked as if this is what I needed for my chin stubble hair growth.
Unfortunately once I received the pluxy 3.0 device and tried it, it did not work on my stubble growth and it was very painful so I immediately email pluxy to start a return and refund.
Waiting to hear back from them.

This product does not work. It's very painful and irritates the skin. Don't use it if you have sensitive skin. I used it correctly according to the videos and it does not do as it was advertised. Beware of trying to get a refund with their 90 day money back guarantee. I requested a refund which has been a total nightmare with false advertising and broken promises. I'm totally dissatisfied with the product as well as customer service which you can only email them and not speak with a live representative. I would not recommend this product.
