The product was received within three business days, which was very helpful.
Since I had already purchased the main part of the product (shaver) I wanted to purchase the essentials package, to get the six attachments.
When I used the Epil Pro 3.0 it left my facial skin silky soft so I wanted to try the attachments as well.
I haven’t used them yet, but look forward to.

Pluxy doesn't do what it's supposed to do. It doesn't pluck the hairs, it just breaks them off at the surface. So, you still have a fuzzy face, just shorter fuzz instead. The only place where it felt like it may have plucked some hairs is in the sideburn area where there are more and longer hairs. It didn't remove any mustache or chin hairs that are thicker. I had to do it with a tweezer afterwards.

This thing is useless. It is touted as quick hair removal and painless and it is anything but. It feels like several razor blades cutting the skin and the hair is still there. Their reply saying it's not typical, look up reviews. yes it is.

Added to the many poor reviews, that stops me from giving it a try.

I've been paying for expensive waxing - the cost of Pluxy is less than 2 waxing sessions with the same results. Great results - peach fuzz gone.

My pluxy epilator was very fragile and fell apart easily so I wrote a 1 star review incorrectly assuming I'd have no recourse. Subsequent to this poor review I was contacted by pluxy attempting to remedy my situation. To my surprise and gratitude I have just received a replacement with no inconvenience or extra cost on my part.

The customer support people are very responsive, positive and helpful. I have become so resigned to terrible customer support that I almost didn't know how to talk with the nice folks at Pluxy. It is a treat to talk with really intelligent people who also are nice to me!

The worst product I have ever purchased. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Purchased the Pluxy on 02/21/2026 and was charged express mail (that was the only option). It took over a week to be delivered. If that's the only shipping option available, it shouldn't take that long to be delivered.
After very carefully reading the sheet of instructions that was provided, I used the Pluxy, but it not only did not work, but it also cut up my chin and upper lip. Again, I can not emphasize enough DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have emailed them several times and have had no response. I finally was able to figure out how to get a return label on my own, but I'm being charged $7.00 for it. So after a cut-up chin and upper lip, I still have to pay them more to take back their useless product. Terrible product and customer service.

I was supposed to get free shipping over $70 and it did not happen. It only gave me the express ship option. I emailed to get help and NO ONE RESPONDED for a week I waited
