very efficient waiting list
Great reminder timing. Very efficient waiting list, really happy with that. However I was not able to select the seats I wanted because it was not allowed to leave 1 seat empty: there were 4 seats available in that row, we are 3 and the system refused, I had to go 2 rows back to find the place

Multiple rows
I waited a long time, and I understand that the queue is necessary. But after two and a half hours the tickets available were few and spread across multiple rows. The application only allows you to book on a single row, which meant I had to get whatever 3 seats I happened to find together (in a section further than the section I initially wanted to book in and could have booked into but for this rule). Also, there is usually an option for VIP parking - this option didn't show up in the booking, and I don't know if I didn't find it or if it was sold out.

Regarding the VIP parking option, please note that parking passes are not always provided through our platform. In some cases, parking is managed exclusively by the venue, and availability depends on them. If the option did not appear during booking, it was likely not available at that time.
