SCAM company! ⚠️‼️

Do not book! An Indian man telephoned me after I had booked my flights to tell me that since I paid by credit card instead of debit card, he was unable to deduct my funds.
Apparently my bank had flagged him as a scammer because he has a track record of scamming unsuspecting customers. He telephoned me to demand that I pay more than the flight prices and that I provided him with a debit card details. He threatened me and said “I have your name, address, phone number, credit card info and I know your personal details so pay or else….” I had to report him to the police and contact my bank! AVOID!!!! ‼️⛔️‼️⛔️

I traveled all the way from the Netherlands to Saudi Arabia for 6 days with my children to attend the Al Nassr vs Al Ahli match on April 29, 2026.

I booked 3 tickets. Unfortunately, due to a lack of coordination, my son also booked 3 tickets from his own account. That gave us a total of 6 tickets instead of 3.

I contacted customer service to request a refund for the extra 3 tickets. They refused, stating that all tickets are non‑refundable and non‑modifiable. They suggested I use the "resell" feature inside the app. However, for this specific match, the resell option is not enabled – even though the event has been completely sold out for weeks.

This service does not care about its customers and offers no solution for honest human errors.

I am left with 3 unused tickets, no official way to resell them, and no help from the platform. A very rigid and customer‑unfriendly policy.

I hope the management reconsiders its policy and provides flexible solutions for exceptional cases like mine.

It has been more than 70 days and I still have not received my refund.

Despite multiple confirmations from Webook Travel, no funds have been received in my bank account.

They failed to provide any SWIFT / MT103 confirmation as proof of transfer.

The company keeps delaying and providing misleading information.

Very bad experience. Not recommended.

Do not use this application, it has been officialy 1 year today that I have been requesting to withdraw my funds from the application. They keep sending me emails to buy time. Today they told me its not possible. DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION.

Hello everyone, these are scammers! I bought a Diamond subscription from them for $500 to get access to tickets before the official sale, then I bought tickets for the SIX KING SLAM for another $2,500 for the entire tournament, and they blocked me and won't refund my money, saying that I violated their rules. This is a very unreliable service where you can lose money.
