I had a disappointing experience with…
I had a disappointing experience with customer service while purchasing tickets. Due to a system issue, two orders were processed without any confirmation for one of them, resulting in duplicate bookings. It took 4 days for my issue to be resolved, which was frustrating and caused unnecessary inconvenience.
However, I would like to acknowledge Habiba, who was the one that finally helped me resolve the problem. She was professional, responsive, and made sure the issue was addressed. While I appreciate her support, the overall customer service experience and the time taken to resolve the issue need significant improvement.

We hear you loud and clear regarding the seating layout confusion, the tight and uncomfortable seats, the issues with the hall's temperature, and the delayed start time. Experiencing heat and discomfort while waiting is certainly not the standard we aim to provide.

We have re-calibrated our venue cooling systems, adjusted our ticketing map to clearly differentiate VIP seating benefits, and tightened our scheduling protocols to ensure strict adherence to start times.
