We are very sorry to hear about the poor experience you had and the frustration of arriving to find the venue closed. We completely understand how disappointing it is to plan an outing only to face unexpected issues at the location.
Please note that the venue you visited was not correct. The correct location for BattleKart is in Ishbiliyah, Riyadh (not Boulevard World), and Boulevard World is already closed. Kindly note that tickets are non-refundable; however, we’ll be happy to assist you with rescheduling your booking to another available date.
Your satisfaction is our absolute goal, and we are ready to help you fix this as soon as you get in touch.

I love platinumlist and always buy my tickets through the app (very user friendly btw)
But this time I had purchased a ticket and wanted to change my seat because a friend decided to join and the seat next to mine was already occupied. It’s my first time to deal with platinum helpline
