I had a very disappointing experience with Platinumlist.
I purchased tickets for a Soho Garden event in Dubai (Charlotte de Witte, April 11, 2026). The event was later officially rescheduled to December 4, 2026, and it was clearly communicated that refunds would be available via Platinumlist.
Based on this, I requested a refund. However, despite multiple follow-ups and being told that the refund would be processed within 7–14 days, I have still not received any payment.
I have contacted their support several times and even sent multiple reminders, but the issue remains unresolved. This lack of follow-through on a confirmed refund is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
As a customer, I expected a reliable and transparent service, especially when a refund has been clearly promised. Unfortunately, this has not been the case.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing tickets through this platform.

Very disappointed with my experience with Platinumlist.
My refund request was submitted on 17 March, and now almost two months have passed with no proper resolution. The ceremony was canceled by the organizer, yet I still have not received my full refund.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I paid an extra 60 QAR per ticket for the refund option at the time of purchase, but a deduction was still applied. I also contacted support several times, and the communication has been unclear and unhelpful with always providinga wrong ARN for refund process.
This does not feel fair or transparent. Customers should not be charged extra for refund protection and then face delays, deductions, and poor support when an event is canceled.

Easy booking process with accurate seating map and booking conditions. It would be better if they showed pictures of the actual seat map so we can gauge how the view would be from different seats, and also I don't like the fact that I need to download the app to be able to use my tickets.

Stood in a long queue out madame thosauds in London so googled the website......looked like the site for booked tickets....received a watts app message either a code and a link that was not working...asked the staff and they tried to help but said I didn't book through them...had to buy new tickets and eventually received an email from you later that night after you took my money...absolute disgrace

One of the most disappointing customer experiences I've ever had.
I had purchased tickets for an event that was ultimately canceled by the organizer. What should have been a simple and professional refund turned into weeks of follow-ups, endless email exchanges, and unnecessary frustration.
Instead of automatically refunding the full amount paid, a portion of my money was withheld as a "Money-Back Guarantee" fee.
Most concerning is the lack of transparency. This deduction was neither clearly stated in the purchase confirmation nor explained on the invoice. It only appeared after I disputed the incomplete refund.
Customers should never have to fight to get their money back after an event is canceled.
An online ticketing platform should operate with clarity, fairness, and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience was the complete opposite: evasive responses, opaque fees, and appalling treatment of a paying customer.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering using this platform document each step of the payment process, keep all receipts, and carefully review each transaction before making a purchase. Or even better, use another one.
Trust, once lost, is difficult to regain.

Booked a ticket for a concert in Doha for April and because of the ongoing war, this was cancelled. Platinumlist offered a refund, which I chose. After waiting for 3 weeks, the refund came and Platinumlist deducted a 63 riyal fee. Be very careful when booking with them.
When complaining about this, they just referred to their Terms and Conditions. Never again
