Payment Options
I’m just glad my card worked this time. I tried purchasing for the fuel fest but my card wasn’t accepted. Whatever was done differently is a big deal for someone who don’t have credit card.

Second one no return if travel outside
Third one after I paid in them site online someone took my card details and still 1000 aed from my card and they try took more but couldn’t, after I block my card 🥲 So bad experience ever I had, so sad this site I not recommend at all!

Concerning refunds due to travel reasons, we would like to clarify that all bookings are subject to specific terms and conditions set before purchase. These policies are clearly outlined during the booking process. We’re always happy to assist customers in reviewing options or suggesting alternatives beforehand to help avoid any inconvenience.
As for the unauthorized card transaction, we take security very seriously. We do not store or share card details with any third party. Such incidents are usually related to account security or the issuing bank. Blocking the card, as you did, is the correct immediate step, and we recommend following up directly with your bank for further investigation.

Not happy that there is an additional fee for a WhatsApp reminder; this should be provided for free as part of the service.

Tickets were cancelled, no refund for 2 weeks
One of the worst experiences ever
10th of January I have bought tickets in Golden Circle category for Linkin Park concert. Few hours (!) later I get the message that it was refunded - as I see it’s already ridiculous situation, but the most important thing - I still haven’t receive my money back to my account.
So they steal my tickets(cause 2 hours it’s too much for cancellation) and after that they are holding my money as long as they could. In few days I will report to my bank about chargeback and fraud activity of this company.

Please note that the refund was issued because the capacity allocation was fully booked and your transaction could not be processed successfully. We want to reassure you that we have not held onto your funds; the full amount has been refunded on our end. We have also provided a reference number for you to check with your bank to track the progress of the reversal.
Since we have issued the full refund and provided the necessary reference information to help your bank locate the funds, please check your email for these additional details. Once you have tracked this with your bank, we kindly ask that you consider updating your review to reflect this resolution.
