Bad experience with online advisor as I was explaining my NCB situation ( I was driver for my wife as policy holder for 4 years ) they said I couldn’t get a quote without NCB , no insurance companies offering for me or my wife it seems ( only one cost around £6000 very high) . Then I checked with our exsisting company admiral they provided us a quote for both Kia and RR sport P400HSE for £1600. I should say don’t blade and bleed customers like this 🙏

Thinks it's acceptable to charge £55 cancellation fee on a low cost policy as I sold my car. Asked for a breakdown of what these alleged "fair and reasonable" costs consist of and just get some corporate crap. Avoid like the plague

The Financial Conduct Authority permits us to charge a fee that is considered fair and reasonable. Waiving this fee would mean absorbing those costs ourselves, which we’re unable to do.
Our fees are clearly outlined in the Terms and Conditions, which are presented and agreed to before the policy is purchased.

£55 fee for cancelling in cooling off period
I think it's disgusting that they charge £55 fee for changing your mind in the 14 day cooling off period. That over half my annual premium. Bunch of crooks.
