The customer service team is amazing. They are always willing to help and provide all the information and support I need. From my account manager to the wider customer service team, everyone consistently does a fantastic job.
They also have a really good range of products, with plenty of options to choose from across different styles, qualities and price points. Overall, I’ve had a great experience working with them and would definitely recommend them.

Excellent customer service – one small hiccup but overall outstanding. Our experience with PenCarrie has been genuinely excellent. As a small CIC, we rely heavily on suppliers who communicate clearly and act quickly, and Jude absolutely exceeded expectations. His onboarding was fast, friendly, and efficient, and he took the time to understand our situation and get things moving without delay. Olivia and the wider customer service team have also been consistently professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful every time we’ve been in touch.

We even emailed on 9 September to express how impressed we were — it’s been one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had in a long time.

every time I have contacted customer service I have had all my questions answered, customer service staff are very polite and nothing is too much trouble even when it was my fault that I hadn't confirmed my order after editing [ not that computer technical]

Hannah was lovely to talk to and helped me with an issue with our order and amended it straight away!

Hannah in Customer Services this morning went out of her way to sort a missing parcel that didn't get delivered yesterday.
She arranged for a new order to be sent out & also before noon delivery.

Very thorough and helpful, always a pleasure to deal with.

We cannot rely on this supplier for deliveries.
We have been let down too many times and now we've lost a customer through their error.
Great team and staff and do really help you but when they say they guarantee next day delivery they actually can't.
I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
