Initially the payment didn't go through but I persevered and got through eventually. Website was easy to use and I got what I wanted. Communication was good and Bella Freud delivered quickly in a couple of days. No fuss no muss very happy with what ive got lovely stuff high quality!!

Thank you for your review - I’m sorry this has been a frustrating experience.
I can see there was some initial confusion with the returns process, as the UK returns portal was used first before you were then guided to the correct international returns portal. Your parcel was received by us on 18 March (Wednesday evening).
Once a return has been received, it can take up to 10 working days to be processed, although this is often quicker outside of peak periods. I’ve emailed your expected processing date to you directly.
At present, instant refunds and exchanges (under £650) aren’t available for international orders, although this is something we’re actively exploring. It’s been very well received by our UK customers so far.
