"This company's ordering process is designed to have you navigate multiple screens before you can pay. The "move ahead to the next screen" prompts actually have you agreeing to multiple purchases and their VIP club. I believed I was reading thoroughly, but did not avoid being duped into payments for things I did not intend to buy. There is a very problematic method for returns and refunds, and cancellations. I would avoid this business."

Product ok in small spaces but customer service diabolical. Told me to pay full price and they would arrange a discount later. Lo and behold after 17 emails back and forth still no discount. All the good reviews are paid for. I got scammed so badly. I've been waiting for my refund for 6 months now. Every time (weekly!) I send an email, and they just keep making excuses and laugh in your face while doing it. STAY AWAY! IT IS A SCAM OPERATION!

Very confusing checkout process. Billed me for way more than I was trying to order and did not clearly display USD vs CDN funds. I emailed as soon as I got the confirmation and saw the discrepancy and was told that the items already shipped and they could do nothing for me until the items arrived. Very suspicious that it shipped within moments. Very unimpressed with the service. Very scammy indeed.

SCAMMED
SCAMMED! Stay away. I recently found out that I have been charged 6x extra for an item I purchased ONCE. In September of 2024 I bought 2 Anti-Mosquito Lamps for $41.70 on some "sale" or "discount" price. Well since then, I have been charged an extra $263.57. I have contacted the company through their website and am awaiting their response. NOT WORTH the hassle, even if the product is good.

The one star ratings are legit!…
Reading through these reviews I think I've been scammed. I ordered 3 units of something, have been charged for a pile of extra stuff such as expedited freight I didn't want as I was happy to wait a couple of days and then find my purchase turned into 2, at a ludicrous amount of money. Contacted them immediately and when I got a reply back it was oh once you get these units you'll want to share them with friends, but they can't be cancelled as it's too late they are already shipping. I'll be cancelling it with PayPal if possible and be sending my units back. Really bad customer service, scammy type upselling and what at best is fraudulent activity. I certainly never bought 2 packs of these things which I'm now worried will be 5 dollar temu rubbish if I'm lucky that's cost me over 300. Just bad. Stay away at all costs, the 1 star reviews are exactly my experience, the 5 star reviews must've dealt with someone different. I hope ozziemozzie gets bitten themselves.

I just ordered and got charged more
I just ordered and got charged more. My order ended up being 334.04$. Two transaction went thru from my Visa one for 206.08$ and another one for 127.96$. Advertising as 50% off my transaction won’t let me review my purchase and constantly offering other products. I click something and boom it went and charged me way more than I expected . I emailed and want to cancel my order but no avail. Please I need a full refund . I don’t want your product anymore this cost me so much agony.

Scammy. The check out was very misleading and ended up being much more than I thought that I was paying. I cancelled immediately, literally within minutes. They acknowledged my message and got back to me the next day saying that it was already shipped. Scammy with pricing and check out, scammy with customer response. I've notified my credit card company and now notifying anyone who will listen to avoid this company like the plague!

Gas saving device scam
My husband ordered the gas saving device from you. Just like many, many others he was charged for multiple items he didn’t order. He had 6 more items added to his order!! What was a $9.95 item ended being over $400.00 of what I considered fraudulent charges. I have emailed immediately for order cancellation as soon as I had seen what charges had racked up on my credit card. The emails have gone back and forth and simply nothing from them but basically “sorry this happened but there is nothing we can do”. All I can say is if you want to be ripped off by a scam company place an order from them!!

Well Ozzie mozzie are at it again. This time with hearing aids. I ordered hearing aids not realising who I was dealing with. Inuu it tally my card declined. Bank asked did I authorise . I read quickly so didn’t see companY name - if I had I would nt have purchased. Then I was asked if I wanted an upgrade, I did. So I was then charged for both pairs . Funnily on the receipt a message- if you think you have been wrongly charged, contact us immediately. So I did. My message was returned undelivered. Why am I surprised. Only grateful I never ordered the cleaning kit too. Last time I, after many months and emails, I did eventually achieve satisfaction, but it was a long haul. . Not happy!!

I ordered a fuel saving device from Ozzie Mozzie. When I received my order, there were items that I had not ordered and that Ozzie Mozzie had charged me for.
When I contacted them to return the items, they didn’t respond to emails or phone messages so I couldn’t return the items.
I am extremely disappointed by this! Further, this seems to be a common complaint against them.

I ordered hearing aids for an elderly relative from this company. I wish I could review them but after about 2 weeks they still haven’t been shipped. I have been reassured multiple times it’s being expedited but nothing. I told them I need them by a certain date and they assured me they would get it done. I opened an ad on Facebook for hearing aids. I opened the site and attempted to purchase a pair of hearing aids. After failing to complete the attempted purchase, I deleted all of my information that I entered and left the site. later that day when I tried to use my debit card it was declined. I did some research and this company tried to charge my account for three different purchases. I have reported them to my bank and they are conducting a fraud check on them. I was told by my bank that the fraudsters kept my card pinged. Now I have to get a new card in order to protect my account and money.
THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE FRAUD AND NO ONE SHOULD TRUST THEM.

Absolute shit show this company, wife ordered some toe nail fungus which has never turned up and has been charged twice also looks like she has been scammed into a subscription.
A friend in the fraud squad is now investigating as trust pilot reviews lead to it being a scam company.
