The product is very poor quality
The product is very poor quality. I could tell when I opened the package and saw the boxes were not even an even shape and the printing on the outside was blurry. Everything about the actual product is poor quality. The button to press on is poor quality plastic and they are so lightweight you can tell they are just rubbish. There are thousands of reviews over the internet on this company and products. Don’t get sucked in like so many others have. I paid $145 for something worth $1 each. They said I could return them to China at my cost and then I’d go through a refund process. All emails were AI generated.

Empty promises, do not trust Ozziemozzie
Do not trust this company. I purchased some hearing aids from this company late March '25 but found they do not fit well in my ears. I also paid $1 for their VIP club only to find they charge a monthly fee of NZ$29.99. I have been emailing them since early May '25 asking for a refund as per their policy. I have received a refund for the VIP amount but have not received the refund for the hearing aids as promised. Quote from my email " I went above and beyond our standard policy and worked hard to get special approval just for your case. As a result, I was able to secure a full refund of $556.00 on your order — no return required." They have been quick to answer my emails but they keep repeating themselves with empty promises and pretend they care. I'm still waiting after FIVE months, hence this review.

ANOTHER SCAM BY OZZI MOZZIE. IF ONLY I COULD GET THEM IN A LOCKED ROOM BY MYSELF!
I made a purchase in late-June for a Birthday present for my sister, The cost was $359. I was truly shocked when my sister told me that she didn't want the merchandise, telling me to return the items. When the package was delivered, there was nothing on the outside to identify the contents and it could have been either of two packages, so I cut a small slit in the outer wrapping to see what was inside. But, other than that, the shipment stayed in it's original shipping state, unopened. I emailed the company July 18 and, over the next several weeks, I emailed them three more times, asking for the required RMA Number and the required Merchandise Return Mailing Address. Each time, I received a reply from a different "original owner" ( "OZZI COOL", "OZZI HOME", "OZZI MOZZIE"), with ANOTHER argument why I shouldn't want to return the merchandise including an offer to discount the original purchase cost 20% on July 2nd, and then a discount of 60% offered on July 5. Finally, on July 23rd, I received an email confirming that my return, well within the specified time perameter AND also unopened ( still sealed) would be accepted for a full refund; ONLY....... THE EMAIL CONTAINED NEITHER THE REQUIRED RMA NUMBER OR THE REQUIRED RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS. Here I sit, two emails later, and " the silence is deafening!". I have NO DOUBT that I am being strung along until the merchandise return warranty time expires ( the merchandise has to be shipped to China which takes... ANY GUESSES?) so that they can deny me ANY warranty coverage. I am down to my last, and least-preferred option of filing a legal claim with my bank of Fraudulent Business Practices.

Tried to purchase on ozziemozzie. My credit card was declined, but the non-existent purchase still went through, along with a second amount for something else. I have received no response from this company to all my emails.
UPDATE: My non-transaction has been refunded, thanks to JD. Maybe better customer service would go a long way to improve the image of this company.

I ordered from OzziHome based on their Facebook ad, but what I received was completely different and unusable. The quality is terrible and nothing like what was promised.
I tried to resolve the issue with the seller, but they only offered a refund if I shipped the items back to China at my own expense — which is incredibly expensive and not worth it. This is a common tactic to discourage returns. They also gave me a tight deadline to ship it back, knowing it would be nearly impossible or costly.
After some research, I found many others had the exact same experience — being overcharged, misled by ads, or receiving broken products. This seems to be a consistent scam pattern. I even created a video showing the faulty product as proof.
Avoid this company. They are dishonest, and their return policy is designed to trap you.

Horrific experience
Oh my gosh I don’t know how to reach the public. If only people would read reviews before they purchased online. They would realise that this company is just a fraud. You can buy exactly the same product for about a 10th of the price and not have to go through all the stress Once they had my credit card details. They just went to town. They added extras I never agreed to! Like insurance, fast delivery fees, no discounts applied as they advertised on the price they advertised it just went on and on ! Then the refund process was next level horrific. You have to send it to China (which cost more than the products worth) and then you go to wait another 2+ weeks never knowing whether they actually will refund you or not.
Please do not deal with this company.
They should not be allowed to be listed.
I have a string of over 30 emails each time they’re apologetic but words mean nothing. There’s definitely no action with this company.
I 100% can’t believe I was so stupid!

Ozzie Mozzie Hearing Aids - be careful
I purchased the Ozzie Mossie Hearing Aids on line - seduced by the seductive advertising about new technology, being able to hear at last in restaurants etc. I realised less than 12 hours later that I did not want the hearing Aids as I have a pair of $6000 top of the line hearing aids and these Advertised hearing aids would be unlikely to top them for technology. I have been requesting a full refund as I no longer require this product. So far no refund despite several very polite emails from the business.
I would say - check out this company before spending money as their claims are not likely. Take care. And does Ozzie Mozzie sound like a brand you could trust?

This product doesn't work and claiming the money back guarantee was a lengthy, complicated process. The company is supposed to be Australian but everything is done in China which makes returning the items difficult. We did eventually get a refund however it was an extremely frustrating process.

Steer clear of this fraudulent company that adds extra charges onto your credit card. Even when advising the company immediately of their error, they refused to reverse the charge or cancel the order. They offered me a fractional refund on one of the items, and that was it. They claimed it was too late to cancel the order 5 minutes after I placed it, but the order wasn't shipped until two weeks later.
Their conciliatory comment below this review is comical. I was already in touch with them during this debacle. Charging someone for items they did not order is unacceptable and they refused to cancel the order or provide a full refund

I was under the impression from the advert that I read, that this was a U.K. company, so I had no qualms about ordering. Be aware that it is in fact based in Australia.

Do not use this company. Their procedures are verging on fraudulent. Their ordering process is designed to confuse and get you to order things you did not wish to, including entering you into their VIP club, which then takes money from your account on a monthly basis. They do not respond to complaints emails. Very dodgy!!
I ended up paying for 4 items when I thought I'd only ordered 1, then a month later I received a welcome email to their VIP club and more money was taken from my account. I absolutely did not place an order fir that, so it must have been hidden in its very confusing ordering platform.

A scam and a fraud
A scam and a fraud. So many red flags that I didn't see until AFTER I entered my banking details. Multiple clicks to refuse "special offers" and I clicked refuse every time to find that I had still ordered something three times the price of the ONE item PLUS the item. No overview of the final price before it was finalised. Then I found out, only by looking at my bank statement, that the costs of the items were in US dollars, not Canadian without any warning. I was on a Canadian site in Canada. Caveat Emptor, I am in touch with my bank to make a fraud claim.

Awful company to deal with
Awful company to deal with. They con you into buying more. The website forces you to buy more products. I thought I had exited and cancelled, not so they charged me far more than I authorised.

Be very careful ordering
Be very careful ordering. Their price keeps teasing with additional details. A final review of your order is not provided prior to completing your purchase. Somehow I signed up for a VIP membership and was charged $1
and then was charged $49.95 US 2 weeks later. They are also very difficult to contact and do not respond to emails requesting cancellation.
Their gadget has not attracted any fruit flies. 😤
